New Enrollment Process :

A. FRESH CANDIDATES WHO HAVE NOT APPLIED.
Four Easy Steps for new Enrollment Process

Step 1 Go to mhrdnats.gov.in/ and Register as a Student. After registration (Enrollment) is completed here, take a Print out of the page where your Userid is showing up.

Step 2 Go to boatnr.org/ and Click on Student Services > Candidate Enrollment. On Enrollment page, you need to type 12 character Alphanumeric code (UserId-obtained after performing step 1) Please make sure that entered Userid is correct else on line application form will not be opened.

Step 3 Now fill the application form and submit it .Take the print out of the mail send to your mail id.

Step 4 After performing above steps you are required to send the following documents to BOAT office(Kanpur/New Delhi/Jaipur) as written on the print out of the mail send to your mail id.

a) Printout/copy of user id received from step 1.
b) Printout/copy received from boatnr.org mail.(print out received from step 3.
c). Self attested copy of final year/consolidated mark sheets or degree / provisional certificate (to prove completion of Degree /Diploma/10+2 Vocational) (Internet copy of marksheet will not be accepted).
Upon completion of above steps, you will be allotted PID number.

B. FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE BEEN ALLOTTED PID NUMBER.
Please complete Step 1 for Enrollment and send the printout of your Userid alongwith your PID Number to the office of BOATNR (Kanpur/New Delhi/Jaipur) on which you had earlier sent the documents.
Please Note: Those who have sent Internet copy of Final Year marksheet earlier are advised to send the Self Certified copy of the Original Final Year Marksheet to Activate their PID.

C. FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE APPLIED BUT NOT RECEIVED PID NUMBER.
Please go to boatnr.org > Student Services > Know your PID Number > Search (To Know your PID)

Once you get your PID number, please follow steps mentioned in Option B.

D. FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE APPLIED AND SENT INTERNET MARKSHEETS
Candidates who have applied and sent Internet Marksheets with their documents and their PID number has not been generated are requested to RE-REGISTER as mentioned in Option A.

PLEASE NOTE: In all cases i.e. A,B,C and D, please submit self certified copy of Final year marksheet to Generate/Activate PID number.
