DIPLOMA IN PARAMEDICAL COURSES (INDIAN MEDICINE AND HOMOEOPATHY) 2016-2017 APPLICATION PROSPECTUS ETC.

Applications are invited for admission to 2 ½ years Diploma in Integrated Pharmacy Course and Diploma in Nursing Therapy Course for 2016-2017 from the candidates who have passed in Higher Secondary course examination ( with science subjects) in first appearance.

The application form and prospectus can be obtained from the following Principals:
1. The Principal, Government Siddha Medical College, Palayamkottai
2. The Principal, Government Siddha Medical College, Chennai 106
3. The Principal, Government Homoeopathy Medical College, Thirumangalam, Madurai District
4. The Principal, Government Ayurveda Medical College, Kottar, Nagercoil Kanyakumari District.
5. The Principal, Government Yoga and Naturopathy Medical College, Chennai 106

Desirous Candidates can (Except Candidates belonging to SC / SCA / ST) obtain the application either in person or by post on written requisition to the Principal of the above Government colleges duly enclosing a Crossed Demand Draft for Rs.350/- (Rupees Three hundred and fifty Only) drawn in favour of DIRECTOR OF INDIAN MEDICINE AND HOMOEOPATHY , PAYABLE AT CHENNAI.

If the application is required to be sent by post, ordinary postal stamp to the value of Rs.70/- (Rupees Seventy only) should be enclosed along with the requisition.

In case of SC / SC(A) / ST candidates, they have to produce a self attested Xerox copy of the Permanent Community Certificate and self attested Xerox copy of +2 Mark sheet along with the written requisition for issue of application at free of cost. SC / SC(A) / ST candidates, can also obtain the application from by post duly enclosing postal stamp to the value of Rs.70/- (Rupees Seventy Only)

The sale of Applications begin from : 25-07-2016 to 12.08.2016 ( 10.00 am to 5.00 pm)
The last date for receipt of filled in Application is 16-08-2016 upto 5.00 pm

The Application and prospectus can also be down loaded from the website “tnhealth.org.” and the demand draft to the value of Rs.350/- should be enclosed while submitting the application by candidates other than SC/SC(A)/ST.

Applications received after the prescribed date and time will not be considered. Delay on the part of postal Department will not be considered.

Instructions To Candidates :
1. Use one common application form for both Diploma in Integrated Pharmacy & Diploma in Nursing Therapy courses
2 Before filling up the application form, read all the instructions carefully.
3.Do not fold any of the forms under any circumstances.

4. Filled in application form with all relevant enclosures prescribed may be delivered in person or by Registered post / Courier service / Speed post to:

Self Attested Photostat copies of the prescribed enclosures should alone be sent. Original Certificates should not be enclosed. Incomplete applications and the applications received after the due date will be summarily rejected
