Choice filling & finalization of choice by Candidates from any Internet point by visiting the website 06.07.2016 to 12.07.2016

After downloading the RANK card from the Diploma Admission website diplomaadmissionodisha.nic.in , the candidate has to read the step by step procedure for web based e-counselling for admission into diploma courses of 1st Semester Engineering & 3rd Semester Engineering (Lateral).

** Candidates those who have two (2) RANKs for 1st Semester & 3rd Semester (LE) Diploma are required to fill in choices for both the streams separately.
** The candidates who have been awarded with rank are only eligible for online choice filling and choice locking.
** Go to diplomaadmissionodisha.nic.in and Log in to your site by giving your user id and password.
** Locking of filled in Choices at the nodal centre where your document has been verified.

All the candidates are instructed to read the step by step procedure for Choice filling, Choice Locking & deposit of part admission fee available in the Home page of the Diploma Admission website before Choice filling.

Tagging of NCCs:
For Choice locking, candidates are instructed to go to the NCC where their document verification have been done. However Choice locking at NCC is optional. In case of the candidates those who will not lock their choices at NCC, their choices will be locked automatically on the last date of choice locking.

Step – 1 : (From Any Internet Point)
i) Go to diplomaadmissionodisha.nic.in and Log in to your site by giving your user id and password.
ii) After, the candidate has to click the Fill Choices tab given in the MENU Bar of the screen.

iii) Select the appropriate radio button shown against each Govt. and Private Institutions to select desired choices. You can filter the choice by selecting Govt / Private, a particular branch, or District name from the appropriate box provided above the choice window.

iv) Select as many as choices of Institutions and Branch on priority basis to have a better option for allotment of a seat. Give choice for TFW and Non-TFW seats in order of priority, as only one allotment shall be made strictly as per choice priority, Diploma Admission 2016 merit and seat availability.

v) Save and take a print out of Filled in Choice slip to produce at Nodal Centre for locking (NCC) .
