Applications in prescribed format are invited up to 09.07.2016 (05.00 p.m.) for Post Graduate Entrance Test, to be held at Jamnagar for admission to the three year P.G. Course of Ayurveda [M.D. / M.S. (Ayu)] at I.P.G.T. & R.A., Jamnagar, Akhandanand Ayurved College, Ahmedabad, J.S. Ayurved College, Nadiad & other up- graded centers affiliated to Gujarat Ayurved University.

Information brochure and prospectus are available on ayurveduniversity.edu.in and forms can be filled online at the website from 10.06.2016. Payments are to be made online only of Rs.1250/- (For General & OBC Candidates) & Rs. 900/- (for SC/ST Candidates). The Entrance examination will be conducted on 24.07.2016 at Jamnagar center.

Subjects, reservation and availability of seats are different at IPGT&RA and other affiliated P.G. Centers of the University and will depend upon final approval of Dept of AYUSH for the academic year 2016-2017. The seats will be filled as per the rules and regulations of the respective Institutes. Candidates are advised to read the prospectus carefully before filling the Application Form.

Instructions :
** To open the Application Form, please use Internet Explorer.
** Generate the login ID and password (it is required for further information and communication. So it should be noted down for future use.) from the application form.

Fill up basic information likewise:
** Examination Centre is Jamnagar.
** University from which qualifying exam passed. There are two options (a) Gujarat Ayurved University (b) other. Candidates are requested to fill up the respective university name with other option.
** The date of internship commencement and completion are mandatory. Last date of completion of internship is 31.08.2016 or before the date of counselling
** Please fill up the category carefully; the certificate should be issued by competent authority for other than general category.
** Mobile no and email Id are mandatory for online submission of form. Your login UserName & Password will be sent to your registered email Id & mobile no.

** After submitting the above information, you can preview your form details. If there is any addition or correction it can be edited by or through the edit option.

** You can make changes by using login ID and password from login link. If your payment is not made successfuly at first attempt you can login to your account and click on payment to make payment. If your form is already submitted once then there is no need to fill up the form again.

** You can take print of your application form but it should not be sent to this office.

** Candidates are advised to go through the instructions carefully before filling up the application form because no any kind of change/correction in the application form be entertained under any circumstances.

** After the successful submission, your application form will be alloted a Registration No. and after scrutiny eligible candidates will be given / alloted Roll No. Admit Card will be sent on your mail.

Candidates are required to take the print out of admit card and fix a recent color passport size photographs on the columns given in admit card and to bring the same with himself / herself at examination center.

** Qualified candidates in merit who will appear in the counceling are required to bring their original testimonials and a set of photo copies of the same along with two passport size coloured photographs. (same as pasted on Admit Card)

** Candidates are also required to bring one of the following ID / Proof without fail.

I. Driving License
II. Voter-ID Card
III. Passport
IV. Registration Card by CCIM / State Ayurvedic Board with Photo
V. Pan Card
VI. Institute / College ID-Card
VII. Aadhar Card

Important Date :

1. Application Form and Prospectus are available from : 10th, June, 2016 (Friday)
2. Last Date for submission of filled Application Form: 9th July, 2016 (up to 5 PM) (Saturday)
3. Date of Entrance Examination: 24th July 2016, (Sunday)
4. Proposed date for result declaration: 26th July, 2016, (Tuesday)
5. Date of completion of internship: 31st August, 2016 or date of counseling, whichever is earlier.
