Online Counselling :

1. Applicants are requested to ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria i. e. Educational Qualifications, Age, and Entrance Tests as mentioned in the admission rules

2. Counseling Fees can be paid via Online Mode [RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro/Credit Cards,/Internet Banking/IMPS,/Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets/ Debit Cards] or through bank challan in the offline mode.. The applicant shall bear all the Bank processing Charges charged by the bank for the payment of counseling fees.

3. Online registration shall be completed only after the candidates register online and remit the requisite Counseling Fees.

4. Online application shall be complete and ready for allottement only and only after confirmation of verification of documents by any of the designated DVC.

5. Please note that all the particulars mentioned in the online application including Name of the Candidate, Category, Date of Birth, and Course Applied for, Address, Mobile Number, Email ID etc. will be considered as final and no change/modifications will be allowed after submission of the online application form.

6. Candidates are hence requested to fill in the online application form with the utmost care as no correspondence regarding change of details will be entertained.

7. DTE shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising out of furnishing of incorrect or/and incomplete details / omission of details in the online application form.

8. Applicant may have multiple registrations for a single program/ course, but only one of the applications shall be confirmed by the DVC and shall be considered for allottement. Further, counseling fees for rest of the registrations shall not be refunded.

Question 02 : How can I get refund of amount after successful transaction.?
The counseling fees is not refundable.

Question 03 : Problem in Images Uploading?
If you have scanned the photo and signature, open the files in MS paint or photoshop and save them as JPG or JPEG format. then upload. Please make sure the size limit does not cross the limit specified.

Question 04 : How can I get online payment receipt after online payment?
Download the PDF file by Print Application Form. You can find the Fee Details in PDF file.

Question 05 : What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget or miss your Registration no. and password, use “Reset Password” link option on the “Applicant Login” page. Fill all necessary information to get your registration No. and Password.
