Important Instructions For Admission :
1. Admission in all courses will be purely provisional.

2. Admission to all courses will be allowed on the basis of an Entrance Test, except two courses MBA and M. Pharmacy. The Admission to MBA and M. Pharmacy courses will be made on the basis of valid CAT/MAT/GATE/CMAT and GPAT score / certificate, respectively.

In case, the seats in MBA course remain vacant after filling up the seats from CAT/MAT/GATE/CMAT candidates, the University will conduct entrance examination. In case, the seats in M.Pharmacy course remain vacant after filling up the seats from GPAT candidates, the admissions will be made on the basis of academic merit.

3. Entrance Examination will be of Objective nature based on multiple choice questions. The candidates will be required to choose the right option out of the four alternatives given.
4. A candidate can submit Application Form for admission online by logging on to cblu.ac.in. The first step: Go to the link „?Apply on-line 2016??.
5. The processing fee can be remitted through Net Banking, Debit, Credit Card or by E- Challan for each Course.
6. There will be negative marking. Every incorrect answer will attract penalty of ¼ marks.
7. Syllabus for entrance test for all courses can be downloaded from the university Website cblu.ac.in.

8. For being registered, the candidates will be required to deposit fee for all courses, except
MBA and M. Pharmacy course, as under:
Rs. 500 (for general candidates)
Rs. 125 (for SC/BC/EBP/PWD of Haryana)
For MBA and M. Pharmacy the fee will be as follow:
Rs. 1000 (for general candidates)
Rs. 250 (for SC/BC/EBP/PWD of Haryana)

9. On being registered, the candidates will be allotted a Roll No. for the Entrance Exam.
10. The Admit card can be downloaded from the University Website one week before the Entrance Test.
11. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks of Entrance Test.
12. There will be one common Entrance Exam for courses M.Sc. Biotechnology, M.Sc. Botany, M.Sc. Zoology. Similarly, there will be another common Entrance Exam for M. A. Journalism & Mass Communication and Master in Social Work. Please see the Entrance Schedule for details. Preference for the courses be mentioned in the Online Application Form. Preference once exercised shall not be allowed to be changed.
13. Separate Application Form is to be filled up for different courses.
14. While considering Eligibility and Merit for a course, marks in fraction will not be rounded off.
15. The Girl students taking admission in this University will be granted 50% concession in Tuition Fee.
16. Admission to the courses where Entrance Test is applicable on the basis of merit in the entrance test. The students will be required to submit the DMC/Proof of passing the qualifying examination by 31-08-2016, otherwise their admission shall stand automatically cancelled. No fee will be refunded in such cases.
17. The final cutoff date for admission to the courses run by University will be 31-08-2016. No admission will be made after this date.
18. No Entrance Exams will be conducted if number of Admission Forms received are less than 3 times to the number of seats in the particular course. There admissions will be on the basis of academic merit only.

Application Form Instructions :

** Fill each column carefully. Asterisk -marked (*) fields are mandatory.
** Choose course carefully. M.Pharmacy, MSW & MJMC and Life Sciences group of courses has preferences which is to be given at the time of form filling.
** Preferences once final will not be changed.
** Your name must be according to 10th mark sheet.
** Select the appropriate Name of Course from the drop down menu.
** Enter your “Address Details” carefully. The University may use this information to contact you for any further information. The University will not be responsible for mis-delivery of information due to mistake in “Address Details” including Mobile No. filled by the applicant.
** If your result of qualifying exam is still awaited, check “Appeared ” box under “Educational Qualification”.
** To upload photo, click on “Browse Image” against the photo link and select photo from your computer and then click on “Upload Image” to upload the same.
** To upload signature, click on “Browse signature” against the signature link and select the scanned signature from your computer and then click on “Upload Image” to upload the same.
** Photograph and Signature should be clear. Otherwise your candidature will be cancelled.

Instructions for Further Process :
** Keep safe the auto generated Enrolment No. after completing the step-1 (On-line Registration). This Enrolment Number will be required during Step-2 (Fee Payment).
** After completing step-1(On-Line registration) you can see the preview of form , where you can go for editing form by clicking on Edit and then save.
** Do not take print out of preview of Application form. Print out will be taken after filling the Fee details.
** Fill the Enrolment no. carefully during Step-2 and then proceed for Payment.
** You can make the payment through Net Banking, Debit/Credit card or e-Challan.
** After Payment fill all the details regarding Fee Payment in Step-3 (Fill Fee details).
** Finally take the Print out of e- generated form and Receipt.
** Applicants must download the admit card from the University website.
** Admit card along with Centre name and Roll No. will be available on University Website one week before the entrance examination.
