BLDEU SSET :

The University invites applications for ALL INDIA ENTRANCE TEST for admission to M.Ch in Urology for the academic year 2015-16.

Admission will be based on BLDEU-SSET-2016 merit. In determining the merit and the entrance test for super specialty admission weightage may be given for candidates who have served in remote or difficult areas, as per MCI norms.

Eligibility Criteria :
The candidates who satisfy the following relevant eligibility requirements for admission to Super speciality course will be considered eligible to appear for the BLDEU-SSET-2016 and subsequently for admission to the course.

Eligibility requirements to appear for BLDEU-SSET-2016 and admission to the medical super speciality course
1. M.S. in General Surgery / or equivalent qualification recognized by Medical Council of India.
2. Permanent registration with Medical Council of India / State Medical Council is mandatory.

3. As specified by Medical Council of India, the minimum percentage of marks in the entrance test for eligibility for admission to Post Graduate courses shall be:
a) General category 50 percent
b) SC / ST & OBC (OBC as declared by Government of Karnataka from time to time) Category 40 percent
c) Candidates with 40 to 70% locomotor disability of lower limbs (as certified by competent issuing authority) category 45 percent.

How to apply :
Apply in simple ‘TWO’ steps for BLDEU-SSET-2016, First step Register for online application with required authentic information, Second step fill-up online application and take print of the application after completing all information and send the hard copy of the application duly completed along with Online payment receipt or DD.

Please note : If you want to make online payment of SSET fees i.e. Rs. 4000/-, no need to purchase a DD. If you want to make payment of SSET fees through DD, please purchase a DD of Rs. 4000/-, in favour of “Registrar, BLDE University” payable at Vijayapura (Bijapur)-586103, Karnataka, before starting online application entry.

Before starting kindly read ‘USER GUIDELINES’ and take print of ‘BLANK APPLICATION FORMAT’ complete blank application format and start the filling-up online application complete all information, make online payment take the online payment receipt, enter the State Bank Collect reference number in the online application and take the print of the application, complete all the formality on the application (Signature, Thumb impression, parent signature) send the hard copy of the application along with online payment receipt or DD of Rs. 4000/- in favour of “Registrar, BLDE University” payable at Vijayapura (Bijapur)-586103, Karnataka.

To, The Registrar, BLDE University, Smt. Bangaramma Sajjan Campus, Solapur Road, Vijayapura – 586103. Once the hard copy is received by this office the same is considered. Please note : There is no provision for online submission of application.

Instructions to candidates for filling the application form :
a. Payment of entrance test / application fees Rs. 4000/- can be paid ONLINE or through DD.
If paid through ONLINE please ensure that: (See the instructions on page no. 22)
1. Take the print of Online Payment Receipt and attach the same along with application form and also keep a copy for record. If paid through DD please ensure that:
1. Demand Draft for Rs 4,000/- is drawn in favour of The Registrar, BLDE University, payable at Vijayapura (Bijapur)-586103

2. Ensure that the D.D is payable at Vijayapura (Bijapur)-586103, Karnataka State. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, even if the application is rejected for any reasons (because of incomplete information or ineligibility of the candidate) or if the candidate does not appear for the Entrance Test.

b. To generate the application form, Data Entry has to be made properly and completely, as this data form, University data base and will be considered as final record.
c. The completed application form must have the signature of the candidate, left thumb impression, signature of candidate’s parent/guardian
d. Do not send any ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS along with the application form.
e. Affix your recent (taken on or after 01-01-2016) color photograph in the space provided.

1. Photographs should be of passport size, sharp and clear.
2. Candidate, who regularly wears spectacles, shall send his photograph wearing spectacle.
3. Person should not wear Goggle, Cap etc which will mask identity. Application with smudged / tampered or hazy photograph will be rejected
4. Photograph should not be stapled or pinned on the application form.
5. Signature and attestation is not required on the photograph.

f. Incomplete / incorrect applications are liable to be rejected without any notice to the candidate. g. Any application received after the last date shall not be accepted; whatever may be the cause.

h. The application form is said to be complete only if it is enclosed with Online payment receipt / DD and after verification of the same submitted in person / speed post / courier. The completed forms should be sent to The Registrar, BLDE University, Smt. Bangaramma Sajjan Campus, Sholapur Road, Vijayapura (Bijapur) – 586103, Karnataka State, India. (in A4 size envelope please mention SSET-2016 Application on envelope).

3 TAT cards will be issued 30th June 2016 onwards
