Early Withdrawal :

This is a reward process to the candidate, if the paid registered candidates decide to withdraw her/his candidature from the CCMN 2016 counselling prior to 7th of June, 2016.

Important Instructions :
** Confidentiality of Password is solely the responsibility of the candidate and all care must be taken to protect the password.
** For security reasons, after finishing your work, kindly click the LOGOUT button and close all the windows related to your session.
** Candidates are advised to keep changing the Password at frequent intervals.

Procedure :

This is a reward process to the candidate, if the paid registered candidates decide to withdraw her/his candidature from the CCMN 2016 counselling prior to 7th of May, 2016. As a result the candidates will be eligible for a refund of Rs.1000/- from the non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2000/-.

However, if the candidates decide to opt for the early withdrawal option, they have to declare that their candidature from CCMN 2016 counseling will be removed and their name will not be considered for admission during the 1st and subsequent round of counseling for seat allotment by CCMN 2016 admission committee.

But the candidate will be able to participate in National Spot Round for further counselling with the then, available seats by registering as a fresh candidate by paying the requisite non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2000/- again.

Step 1:
In Students’ Corner section, login with PID as login id and password.

Step 2:
Click on the “Early Withdrawal” option/button to navigate to the next page.

Step 3:
Fill the displayed text box with valid reason for exercising the “Early Withdrawal” option.
Click the “Proceed” button to exercise the ‘Early Withdrawal’ option.
You will be prompted with a disclaimer message with “I Agree” button. Exercise this option by reading the message carefully, as it is not possible to reverse the decision, once the ‘Early Withdrawal’ option is executed.
After the reading the disclaimer message carefully, choose to click either “I Agree” or “Cancel” as per your decision.
If you click on “I Agree” button
The system will then prompt you for entering the “OTP” sent to the registered mobile number furnished by the candidate during registration process.
In case you have not received the “OTP” for more than 5 minutes, kindly click on the Resend “OTP”.
If you click “Cancel” –
The system returns to “Home Page”.

NOTE: Kindly furnish a valid mobile number and email id at the time of registration and make sure this remains active for the whole process of CCMN counselling, as this will be the only way of communication to you from CCMN 2016. If you have any issues with the registered mobile number or email id contact the CCMN 2016 team well in advance with proper proofs to help in resolving the issue.

Step 4:
Kindly enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number/email id.

Once the “OTP/Verification Code” is successfully verified and the ‘Early Withdrawal’ option is executed, the candidate will be out of the allotment loop. The system will prompt a message that “Early Withdrawal is Successful”.

However, the candidate will be able to participate in National Spot Round for further counselling with the then, available seats as a fresh candidate by paying requisite non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2000/-again.

Step 5:
Your login portal will display the “Early Withdrawal” details pertaining to your personal/academic details, reason for early withdrawal, refund details and the bank account details to which the refund is initiated.

The reward/refund (Rs. 1000/-) will be sent to the bank account, details of which is provided by you during the time of Registration after deducting Rs. 1000/- towards application Processing Fee.

NOTE:
