MBA Admission :
Admission opens for Master of Business Administration (MBA) for the session 2016 -17

MBA Programme comprises of four semesters during which the students have to carry out a project work during industrial training on a real corporate problem. The programme is built on the foundation of activity based learning model.
The department offers specialization in four disciplines – Marketing, Finance, Human Resource and Small Business & Entrepreneurship Development. During the academic session, the department has conducted industrial tours for the students in reputed industrial units.
The MBA programme aims at preparing graduates for taking up employment in corporate world or self-employment and / or carrying forward their family businesses.
The objectives of this programme of study are :
i. Enable young learners develop a business sense
ii. Learn principles and practice of management
iii. Develop the skill and competence to join the corporate world
iv. Equip and enable learners to start a new business venture
Accordingly, the programme has a large component of working in real-world situations under the careful guidance of teachers/mentors.
i. This is an intensive programme for study of 2 academic years.
ii. The programme shall be divided into four semesters and there shall be an examination at the end of each semester.
iii. This programme is a full time programme of the university
Eligibility :
Graduates in any discipline having 50% marks (SC/ST/OBC 45% marks) with a valid score of CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT etc.
Application Fees :
Rs. 700/- for General and OBC candidates; Rs. 350/- for ST and SC candidates
Instructions for form submission:
The form should be submitted through MZU Admission Portal. No other mode of submission will be accepted.
Application Fees can be paid either by Online/Demand Draft/Cash Payment at Cash Counter, Finance Department, Mizoram University.
The Demand Draft shall be in favour of Finance Officer, Mizoram University, Payable at Aizawl.
After completion and submission of the online form, filled-in form will be generated in PDF format.
