JET/Pre-PG Test :

** JET-2015 application form is to be submitted online only by following the instructions provided on the web portal. The candidate must fill carefully all the details as required in the online application form.

** The duration of submission of online application form will be from 23-04-2015 to 11-05-2015.

** Candidate is required to upload his/her recent passport size photograph and signature as per the facility provided on the web portal of the online application form. Ensure that the image size of photo as well as signature should be minimum 15 KB and maximum up to 50 KB in the jpg/jpeg/pjpeg/png/bmp/gif file format.

** The candidate can edit the details entered by him/her in the application format until he/she clicks the “Submit” button at 4th step for the submission of application form. Once the candidate clicks the “Submit” button, he/she will not be able to edit the entered data. Therefore, the candidates are advised to click “Submit” button only and only if he/she is sure that the data entered in the online application form is correct and no further editing is required.

** The organizers of JET-2015 will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of non acceptance of any correction/addition /deletion of any data of the application form after clicking the final submit button.

** Deposition of application fees: The fees for JET-2015 is Rs.2500/- (excluding bank charges) for General/OBC /SBC candidates and Rs.1250/- (excluding bank charges) for SC/ST/PC>39% candidates. The candidate after downloading the challan, can deposit the required fees at any branch of ICICI bank. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable nor adjustable for future Joint Entrance Test (JET). The bank will generate a transaction ID and issue a receipt of challan in duplicate. Candidates are advised to keep this receipt safely with them for further use.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION :
A candidate must ensure that he/she is eligible for admission to various courses before filling the JET-2015 application form online. If a non eligible candidate is admitted due to any reason then the admission of such a candidate will be cancelled as soon as the mistake is detected even at later stage. Various eligibility criteria for admission to JET-2015 courses shall be as under:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
The candidates who have passed the Senior Secondary (10+2) examination conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Ajmer or any other Statutory Board or any examination recognized equivalent to it by SKRAU, Bikaner, MPUAT, Udaipur, SKNAU, Jobner, AU, Jodhpur and AU, Kota in any of the following subjects are eligible to appear in JET :
1. Physics 2. Chemistry 3. Mathematics 4. Biology 5. Agriculture

A candidate must have secured at least 50% marks in the aforesaid examinations (10+2). A relaxation of 5% marks would be allowed to candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC (Non creamy layer)/SBC(Non creamy layer) category.

Candidates who have appeared at any of the aforesaid qualifying examinations (Arts & Commerce stream are not eligible) but whose results have not been declared before the commencement of the JET shall provisionally be allowed to appear in the JET.

AGE :
The maximum age limit is 25 years as on 11-05-2015. The date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Examination mark sheet/ certificate only will be taken as authentic.

Pre-PG Test 2015 :
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION :
A candidate must ensure that he/she is eligible for admission to various courses before filling up Pre-PG TEST-2015 application form online. If a non eligible candidate is admitted due to any reason then the admission of such a candidate will be cancelled as soon as the error is detected even at a later stage. Various eligibility criteria for admission to PG courses shall be as under :

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Those candidates who fulfil the residential requirement will have to fulfil the following academic qualification to appear in the test.

For admission in M.Sc. (Agriculture): The candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from the SKRAU, Bikaner, MPUAT, Udaipur, SKNAU, Jobner, AU, Jodhpur and AU, Kota or an equivalent, securing 55% or above marks in aggregate or equivalent O.G.P.A. The candidates having Bachelors’ degree in Horticulture, and Forestry are eligible for M.Sc.

For Admission in M.Sc. (Home Science): The candidates should have four years Bachelor’s Degree in Home Science from the SKRAU, Bikaner or MPUAT, Udaipur or an examination declared equivalent to it, securing 55% or above marks in aggregate or equivalent O.G.P.A. Only women candidates are eligible. Duration of M.Sc. programme is two years for the students with 4 years degree programme. The students from non-agriculture universities and those from three-year degree programme will have to undertake remedial courses which may be of one semester extra duration.

The candidate having Bachelors’ degree in Home Science from the SKRAU, Bikaner or MPUAT, Udaipur or an examination declared equivalent to it, securing 55% or above marks in aggregate or equivalent O.G.P.A. are also eligible for M.Sc. Agriculture (Extension Education), and such candidates should take Pre PG TEST in Agriculture. Any candidate opting for Pre PG Test in both Home Science and Agriculture shall deposit additional fees of ` 1000/- for General/OBC/SBC candidates and ` 500/- for SC/ST/PC>39% candidates. Thus, for such candidates the total fees for Pre PG TEST will be ` 3500/- (excluding bank charges) for General/OBC/SBC candidates and ` 1750/- (excluding bank charges) for SC/ST/PC>39% candidates.

The candidates having Bachelors’ degree in Bachelor of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & A. H.) from the SKRAU, Bikaner or MPUAT, Udaipur or RAJUVAS, Bikaner or an examination declared equivalent to it, securing 55% or above marks in aggregate or equivalent O.G.P.A. are also eligible for M.Sc. Agriculture (Extension Education) and M.Sc. Ag. (Livestock Production and Management) and such candidates should take Pre PG Test in Agriculture only.

Candidates must perform the following activities while submitting the online application form:
Step-1 : Documents to be kept ready in hand before filling Online Application Form:
** Scanned image of his/her photograph in jpg/jpeg/pjpeg/png/bmp/gif format (image size minimum 15 KB and maximum upto 50 KB)
** Scanned image of his/her Signature in jpg/jpeg/pjpeg/png/bmp/gif format (image size minimum 15 KB and maximum upto 50 KB)
** Copy of mark sheets of X and XII (if passed already) examination.
** Mobile No. of the candidate or nearest relative.

Step-2: Filling of Online Application Form
** Candidate must read the instructions of filling the application form carefully.
** The entries of online application form must be filled as required.
** Candidate should ensure that the photo and signature are the same as uploaded by the candidate.
** The changes (if required) will be allowed in online application form, before submission at 4th step.
** Web page will not accept any changes after final submission of online application form.

Step-3: Taking Print out in Hardcopy only after submission of online application form
** The option for taking the print out of challan form for depositing the required fees will be available just after completion of registration as well as at the 5th step of filling of online application form. The Candidate is required to take out the print of the challan form and deposit the required fees in the any branch of ICICI bank.

** Printout of filled application form will be generated by the web portal after final submission only.
** Candidates need not to send hard copy of application to the university.

Step-4: Depositing the fees
** Fees of JET / Pre-PG 2015 Application form is Rs. 2500/- for General/OBC/SBC candidates and Rs.1250/- for candidates of SC/ST/PC >39%.
** Deposit Rs.2550 or Rs.1300 including Rs. 50 as processing fees of bank through challan in ICICI Bank.
** Candidates are advised to keep bank generated challan in duplicate safely with them for further use.
** Collect copies of challan from bank after deposition of fees in cash and produce the same at the time of registration.
** Fees can be deposited upto 5.00 PM on 11.05.2015 through challan in any branch of ICICI Bank.
** This amount is neither refundable nor transferable nor adjustable for future JET.
