APICET-2016 Preliminary Key is available on the website. The last date for objections if any on the key will be receive up to 5.00 pm on 25-05-2016.

The Preliminary Key of APICET-2016 for Booklet codes A,B,C&D is placed on the website.
The candidates are advised to verify the key and if any answer found objectionable the candidates are required to communicate the same to the Convener, APICET-2016 through email convener.apicet2016[at]gmail.com office.apicet2016[at]gmail.com on or before 5.00 pm on 25-05-2016 for necessary action.
Any objections after the scheduled time will not be entertained.
Qualifying Marks for APICET-2016: The qualifying percentage of marks in the Entrance Test is 25% (i.e. 50 marks out of total 200 marks). However, for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes,no minimum qualifying percentage of marks is prescribed.
Ranking: Candidates will be given State-wide ranks in the order of merit at the APICET – 2016. For the preparation of merit list, in case more than one student scores the same marks at APICET 2016,the tie will be resolved as follows:
1. By considering the marks scored in Section-A
2. If the tie persists, marks obtained by a student in Section-B will be taken into consideration.
3. If the tie still persists, the tie will be resolved by taking into account the age of the candidate giving the older candidate Priority.
