CUG Entrance :

The University invites online applications from eligible candidates for admissions to its various academic programmes.

An online Entrance Test would be conducted at various centres across India. For full details, candidates are requested to visit the University website.

2-Year postgraduate programmes:
M.A. in (a) Economics (b) Sociology (c) Politics and International Relations (d) English (e) Gujarati (f) Hindi
M.Sc. in (a) Chemical Sciences (b) Environmental Sciences (c) Industrial Chemistry (d) Life Sciences (e) Nanotechnology
M.Lib.I.Sc. (Two-year) in Master of Library and Information Sciences

Applying for more than one academic programme: Candidates can apply for a maximum of three programmes in the same application form, provided they are eligible. Candidates, however, should check the Entrance Test Schedule and ensure that there is no clash in times in the programmes opted for.

The application form, along with the Prospectus, can be downloaded from the University website. Please note that application form is to be submitted online only by visiting the admission website cuget2016.com/. The entrance test will also be held online only.

Entrance Test Fee :
(a) For appearing in one course:
(1) General Candidate: Rs. 500/-
(2) OBC (Only Non-Creamy-Layer) Candidate: Rs. 250/-
(3) SC/ST Candidate: Rs. 100/-
(4) PWD Candidate: Exempted
(5) Wards of Kashmiri migrant: Exempted.
(b) For appearing in one or more (a maximum of three) courses:
(1) General Candidate: Rs. 600/-
(2) OBC (Only Non Creamy-Layer) Candidate: Rs. 325/
(3) SC/ST Candidate: Rs. 150/-
(4) PWD Candidate: Exempted
(5) Wards of Kashmiri migrant: Exempted.
The Mode of Payment is online only.
