Instructions for filling KIITEE – 2015 Online Application Form
Candidate’s Name:
Enter your name as mentioned in your original 10th std Pass or equivalent Certificate. Leave a space between your first name, middle name and last name. If your full name, exceed 30 characters and does not fit in the space provided, kindly shorten your name by using initials. Please use a space between initials.
e.g:- If your full name is KONIDELA SHIVA SHANKAR VARAPRASAD
Shorten it as, K S S VARAPRASAD

Father’s Name:
Enter your father’s name clearly as mentioned in your original 10th std Pass or equivalent Certificate. Leave a space between the first name, middle name and last name.

Mother’s Name:
Enter your mother’s name clearly. Leave a space between the first name, middle name and last name.

Date of Birth:
Select your date of birth as mentioned in your original 10th std Pass or equivalent Certificate.
e.g:- If your Date of Birth is 3rd September 1990, select 3/9/1990 (DD/MM/YYYY) format)

Sex:
Select the appropriate option from the list.

Nationality:
Select the appropriate option from the list.

Reservation Category:
Select the Category reservation to which you belong from the list.

Photograph:
Paste (do not staple) your recent color passport size Photograph taken after 1st December 2014. (The Candidate name must be printed on the Photograph).

Center Option:
Select two different Exam Centre in order of your preference from dropdown list.

Note :A KIITEE-2015 Centre may be cancelled due to poor response, operational difficulty or any other reason. However candidates will be allotted a centre from one of the two choices made.

Qualification:

B.Tech.(4years)/B.Tech& M.Tech-Dual Degree (5years)/B.Tech & MBA-Dual Degree (5years)
passed 10+2 examination in 2013,2014 or appearing in 10+2 examination in 2015 are only eligible.
regular full time formal education in their schooling / college.
Pass in 10 +2 or its equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together.
Biotechnology – Dual Degree – Pass in 10+2 or equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology taken together.

MBBS/BDS
10+2 pass with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology taken together for general category candidates and 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology taken together for SC/ST Candidates.

B.Sc. Nursing (4 years)
Pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry & Biology and English(PCBE) with at least 45% marks in aggregate.

B.A. LL.B/BBA LL.B/B.Sc LL.B (5 years)
10+2 pass or equivalent in any stream with at least 45% marks. For B.Sc. LL.B candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent in the science stream with at least 45% marks.

BBA
Pass in 10+2 in any stream with at least 50% marks and having Mathematics / Business Mathematics / Economics / Statistics as one of the subjects in 10+2 level.

BCA
Pass in 10+2 in any stream with at least 50% marks and having Mathematics as one of the subjects in 10+2 level.

Bachelor of Design(Fashion/Textile) (4 years)
Pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Central / State Board with 50% marks in aggregate.

Bachelor of Film & Television Production (3years)
Pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Central / State Board with 50% marks in aggregate.

B.Tech. -LE (3 years)
Pass in three years diploma course in Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from State Council of Technical Education of any state or equivalent.

Bachelor of Architecture(5 Years)
A pass in (10+2) examination from a recognized central/state board or its equivalent subject to securing 60% marks in aggregate with mathematics as a subject of the examination at the higher secondary level.Should have born on or after 01.07.1994.

A pass in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture(NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture(COA),New Delhi either in 2014 or 2015.

A candidate who has passed IB Diploma from International Baccalaureate Organization, Geneva, Switzerland are eligible to take admission in all the courses where 10+2 is the eligibility qualification. Other criteria of the eligibility remain as applicable.

POST GRADUATE COURSES
MCA (3 years)
Any Graduate with minimum 50% marks in graduation or equivalent having mathematics either in 10+2 or graduation level as one of the subject.

MCA (Lateral Entry)(2 years)
Passed or appearing in 2015,for the bachelor’s Degree examination of minimum three years duration in BCA, B.Sc(IT/Computer Science) from any university or from a recognized university as defined by UGC\and must have passed in Mathematics as course at 10+2 level or at Graduate Level.Business Mathematics at +2 level are not permitted.
The candidate should have obtained at least 50% (at qualifying Examination)
Candidate should have born on or after 01/7/1991.

M.Tech. (2 years)
B.E. or B.Tech. or equivalent Degree (e.g. AMIE, GRADE-IETE etc) in respective branches of Engineering and Technology with a First Class or equivalent CGPA or First Class MCA / First Class M.Sc. in (Comp/IT/ETC). GATE qualified candidates shall be accorded preference in the process of selection. GATE qualified candidates having Score 400 or above need not sit in the entrance Examination.

M.Sc. (Biotechnology/Applied Microbiology) (2 years)
Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Science/ Agriculture/ Pharmacy/ Veterinary / Engineering / Technology / Medicine (MBBS/BDS) with at least 55% marks.

Master of Law (LL.M) (1 Year)
Candidate should have passed B.A.LLB/BBA LLB/B.Sc.LLB/B.L, degree or an equivalent degree from recognized university and must have secured at least 55% of marks in aggregate

M.Sc.Nursing (2 Years)
The minimum education requirement shall be passing of B.Sc.Nursing/B.Sc.Hons.Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nuring with Minimum of 55% aggregate marks.(5% relaxation of marks for SC/ST candidates)

Master of Mass Communication
Any Graduate with minimum 50% marks in graduation or equivalent.

PG Diploma in Media Management
Any Graduate with minimum 50% marks in graduation or equivalent.

RESEARCH PROGRAMME
Ph.D
Candidate having M.Tech/ME/ MCA/MBA or equivalent Degree with minimum 60% marks or an equivalent CGPA or M.Sc/MA/M.Com/LLM or an equivalent degree with minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent.

After all the entries are done check all the entries and Click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button to confirm the Registration of the KIITEE-2015 application. Now take the print out of the KIITEE-2015 Application form.

Ensure that the Application form is not damaged.
The Application form should be complete and filled in all respects.
The Completed Application form must have the Candidate’s & Parent’s / Guardian’s signature.
Please paste (do not staple) your recent passport size (4cmX5cm) photograph, which is taken after 1st December 2014.
Kindly do not fold or crease the application in any other manner.
Kindly avoid over writing/Scribbling on your printed Application form.
Please adhere to the time schedule enlisted in the calendar of events.
Incomplete/incorrect/illegible application is liable for rejection without prior information.
Application received after the last date is liable to be rejected without prior information.
Please DO NOT send any Original documents along with the application form.
The completed Application Form should reach the KIIT Admission Office on or before dt: 25.03.2015, 5:00 PM.
All the fields of the Application form must be filled up properly.
Any application received not adhering to these specifications is liable to be rejected without any clarification. The decision of the KIIT Committee on this would be final and binding.

Procedure for sending the Filled Online KIITEE-2015 Application Form:
Kindly fill all the fields of the Online Application form and submit the form ,take the print out (which appears on the screen after submitting the filled application)
The Completed Application form must have the signature of the candidate and candidate’s Parent’s /Guardian’s signature.
Please paste (do not staple) your recent Passport size(4cm X 5cm) photograph which is taken after 1st December, 2014
With the Application form following are the enclosures to be attached
Two Passport size photographs pasted on the Application form(all the photos provided should be identical and clear)
Xerox copies of Class-X Marks sheet /Board Certificate.
