Entrance Test :

Applications are invited for online admission to the full-time Ph.D., M. Phil, Post Graduate, Under Graduate, Diploma and Certificate programmes. The University has reserved 50% seats for SC/ST candidates in all the teaching programmes including research progranmmes.

The University has a provision of one additional supernumerary seat in each course for Single Girl Child, BPL Student, Cancer, HIV and Thalassemia Patient.

How To Apply :
Candidate applying for the Admissions in various Ph.D/M.Phil/P.G/U.G/P.G Diploma/Certificate programmes of BABASAHEB BHIMRAO AMBEDKAR UNIVERSITY(BBAU), LUCKNOW are required to apply online only through the official website of BBAU, Lucknow  bbau.ac.in and accessing the link ‘Online Admission System 2016’. Application will not be accepted by any other mode.

Before filling the Online Application, the candidate must scan images of following documents in CD/DVD/Pen drive with file size of 80KB (maximum) for each document in JPG Format only.
a) Recent Coloured Photograph
b) Signature of the candidate
c) Thumb impression (Left thumb for Male and Right thumb for Female)
d) Photo ID that you will carry at the time of Examination

The above documents in soft copies will be required for uploading and final submission of your online application.

A valid E-mail id and Mobile Number is mandatory for the submission of your Online Application. This E-mail id and Mobile Number should be kept active till the declaration of results.

Candidates must visit BBAU website, bbau.ac.in and access the link ‘Online Admission System 2016’ regularly to know the latest updates regarding online admission, download of their admit cards, Exam schedule etc. No communication will be made by the University in this regard separately. Therefore, it is the responsibility of candidate to download their admit card on the given date in Notification.

Please note that after submission the particulars mentioned in the online application in each stage including Name of the Candidate, Course Applied, Caste, Date of Birth, Address, E-mail id, Mobile No. etc. will be considered as final. After the submission of the online application at each stage, candidate will not be able to edit/delete any fields of the Online Application.

Applications received without appropriate Application Fee, required documents & information as per admission notification, are liable to be rejected.

BBAU, Lucknow, however have the right to cancel any of the Examination Centre and/or add some other cities/centres depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, or any force-majeure conditions etc.

Candidates are hence requested to fill in the online application form with the utmost care as no correspondence regarding change of details will be entertained at later stage. In case the candidate requires any changes, then he/she will be required to send a request email to bbauadmissions2016@bbau.ac.in to unlock the application with subject “Unlock Application” along with Registration No and registered mobile no and E-mail ID ONLY.

*Note (Mandatory Requirement for Lateral Entry Candidates): Candidates applying for lateral entry course in B. Tech.
