UKPGMEE Online Counselling :
** UKPGMEE- 2016 counselling will through online mode only.

** Allotment for admission on available state quota seats for UKPGMEE- 2016 qualified candidates will be done on the basis of merit-cum preferences of the candidate.
** All UKPGMEE–2016 qualified candidates interested to participate in counselling against P.G. State quota seats are required to register in 1st round of counselling only. Candidates who fails to register in 1st round of counselling will not be permitted to
register in 2nd and subsequent rounds of counselling
** Only registered candidates will be allowed for 2nd and subsequent rounds of counselling (if required).
** The candidate is compulsorily required to furnish UKPGMEE-2016 examination Roll Number, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and e-mail address in order to register for counselling (Candidates having no e-mail address should create their e-mail address before registering for counselling).
The Candidate should keep his/her UKPGMEE Examination- 2016 Admit Card, on which his/her application form number is mentioned. Candidate will receive a verification code on their mobile, which will be used by them in subsequent steps of online counselling.
** Candidates are required to upload following self attested documents at the time of counselling.
** High School (10th).
** MBBS Degree Provisional/Permanent.
** Internship Completion certificate.
** Registration with State Medical/Dental Council/MCI/DCI.
** Certificate of Reserve category (if applicable).
** Certificate of Sub Category (if applicable).
** N.O.C. by competent authority for P.M.H.S. Uttarakhand candidate only.
** Domicile Certificate(Uttarakhand candidate only)
** Service certificate for working in difficult/hilly area by competent authority for getting additional weightage of marks.
** Candidates are advised to select the choices very carefully. If candidate is not interested in any specific specialization it is advised not to opt for that specific seat in choice filling process as allotment once done will not be altered and candidate has to take admission against that seat.
However such admitted candidates will be eligible for seat/college upgradation in 2nd or subsequent round of counselling as per rules. University will not be responsible for any mistake at the part of candidates. Candidates must keep a print of choice filled for future reference.
** Candidates are advised to fill as many choices as possible in order of their preference. Irrespective of reservation status of the seat. The seats marked as reserved may be converted to general seat or other category seat on subsequent round of counselling/extended counselling as per government policy (see brochure).
** The candidate may change their order of preferences at any time before final locking of choices by the University. After this the choices given by him/her will be finally locked by the University and will not be changed under any circumstances (see schedule of counselling).
** The College allotment letter will be sent to the candidate along with necessary instructions in the University website and candidates e-mail. The printout of this allotment letter will have to be produced by the candidate at the time of admission to the college allotted. No extension of last date of admission will be permitted.
** The candidate who does not get allotment to any College may participate in the next round of counselling.
** Second and subsequent rounds of online counselling will be held subject to availability of vacant seats in Colleges. Vacant seat position will be displayed regularly on university website.
** Candidates who have been allotted the P.G. medical seat have to report to the concerned medical college with all original documents for verification as well as the required fee for confirmation of admission. (refer checklist of individual college given in website)
** Candidates who have taken admission against the allotted seats will be permitted for subject/college upgradation in the second/subsequent round of counselling. For this they have to opt for subject/college upgradation while confirming the admission at the concerned medical college. Candidate must take printout of admission confirmation and seat upgradation request from the college.
