AISEEE Procedure for Admission :
The Admission process and Entrance exam of the University are offered in both online and offline modes for the benefit of different segments of students.

The online admission process commences with providing information online about all available courses along with eligibility, followed by online application process wherein the students can fill the entire application online and submit it online through the University portal.
We are happy to inform you that the University DOES NOT CHARGE ANY ADMISSION/ APPLICATION FEES. Moreover, donation/capitation is not charged at any point in time, and the entire fee structure is hosted online ensuring transparency.
Once the application is submitted, the candidates are called for online entrance examination conducted from the University. The entire exam is conducted through an in-house software developed by the University Computing Team and hosted in the University server on National Knowledge Network (NKN). Once the exam is completed, the results are posted online.
For students especially from rural areas who may not have access to the Internet, the entire procedure is available in offline mode(application process and admission process).
The endeavor of the University is to use ICT to the fullest extent, at the same time keeping in mind its social commitment to cater to all sections of the society including the rural masses. Accordingly, the above procedure is being implemented each year, and is refined based on stakeholder feedback.
Selection of Candidates for admission to all the B.E. courses is based on computer test as one parameter coupled with the marks obtained by the candidate in his H.Sc / Intermediate exam in subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics by adopting the method of normalization. Ranking of the candidates will be done based on the normalised marks (rounded-off to three decimal places) arrived at, to a base of 100.
Equal weightage will be given to all the three prescribed subjects. Wherever separate marks for practicals are awarded, the same will be considered along with the respective subjects, for arriving at the total actual marks and hence the ‘normalized marks’. 75% of weightage will be given to +2 Marks and 25% of weightage will be given to test. The test comprised of 90 multiple choice questions 30 from Mathematics, 30 from Physics and 30 from Chemistry.
Display Of Merit List :
The Merit Lists will be displayed on the notice board of the Office of Admissions, SCSVMV University, and the same will also be made available in the official website. No separate announcement will be made in the newspapers.

Question pattern :
The test comprises of 90 multiple choice questions.
30 questions from Mathematics, 30 from Physics and 30 from Chemistry are to be answered.
The duration of test will be 75 minutes.
