COUNSELLING :
** The candidates short-listed on merit-list will be called for counselling.
** At the time of counselling the eligibility of the candidates for admission shall be verified from original documents and those found eligible will be offered admission to the respective programme.
** The candidate will have to appear for counselling at their own cost.
** The Physical presence of the candidate at the time of counseling is essential. Absence of the candidate at the specified time, date and venue will result in forfeiture of any claim for admission and Sumandeep Vidyapeeth will not be responsible for the same.
** Asking a candidate to report for counselling does not mean that he/she will be admitted to the course. The actual admission will depend upon the course and seat availability, when his/her turn comes in order of his/her inter-se-merit position.
DOCUMENTS :
The attested copies of the following documents must be submitted along with application form for Entrance Test and originals should be submitted at the time of Admission.
** Birth Certificate / School Leaving Certificate
** S.S.C./Equivalent Examination [mark statement & certificate of passing].
** H.S.C. / Equivalent Examination [mark sheet if already passed] or at the time of counselling.
** Bonafide certificate from the principal of the school.
** Recent Photographs (12 copies)
GUIDELINES FOR ENTRANCE TEST :
** Candidates must carry Photo I.D. Card in Original (i.e. Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card etc.).
** Candidate must be present at the time of Examination Hall and occupy the seat allotted to him / her.
** Fifteen Minutes before commencement of the Entrance Test.
** Prior to commencement of examination the invigilator will convey general instructions for the test.
** During the test, the invigilator will check identity of the candidates by referring to the Hall Ticket given to the candidate with the Photo ID Card.
** For answering the question, the candidate shall darken the appropriate reply.
** Each correct answer will be awarded one mark.
** However if more than one circle is darkened or any other marking method is used no marks will be awarded.
** Rough work, if any should be done in the space provided in the Test Booklet.
** Rough work should not be done anywhere on the Answer-sheet.
** Calculators, Cell Phones and any other electronic gadgets are not allowed in the Examination Hall.
** No candidates will be allowed to leave the Examination Hall till the Entrance test time is over.
** Smoking and Gutkha is strictly prohibited in the Campus and in the Examination Hall.
DISCIPLINE :
The candidates admitted for the courses in the constituent college of the University are expected to comply with the discipline and conduct rules of the University. The Disciplinary committee of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth will deal with all cases involving discipline or conduct either sue motto or when referred to it by the Principal/Dean of the Colleges. The decision of the Vice-Chancellor shall be final and abide to all in this regard.
COURT JURISDICTION :
Any legal dispute arising out of conduct of All India Common Entrance Test 2015 (AICET-2015) as well as the admission procedure shall be subject to the Waghodia jurisdiction.
