INTRODUCTION :
All India Common Entrance Test 2015 (AICET 2015) Shall be conducted for the admissions to the various Graduates Courses (Programmes) offered at Sumandeep Vidyapeeth (established u/s.3 of the UGC Act, 1956 as Deemed to be University) on 17th January 2007.
The constituent colleges, are as under.
(1) SBKS Medical Institute & Research Centre is recognized by the Medical Council of India for M.B.B.S. and M.S./M.D. Programme.
(2) K.M. Shah Dental College & Hospital is recognized by the Dental Council of India for B.D.S. and M.D.S. Programme.
(3) College of Physiotheraphy is recognized by the Association of Physiotherapy for B.P.T. and M.P.T. Programme.
(4) Sumandeep Nursing College is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and Gujarat Nursing Council for B.Sc. (Nursing); M.Sc.(Nursing); and ANM-GNM-P.B.B.Sc.(Nursing) Programmes.
(5) Pharmacy is recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India for B.Pharm; M.Pharm. and Pharm.D.(6 Yrs. PG integrated) programme.
(6) Master of Business Administration is recognized by the U.G.C. for M.B.A. (Health Care) Programme.
The Colleges are associated with a 1286-bedded teaching multi speciality hospital in its campus having state of the art facilities for health care and treatment. The Admission Committee of the Sumandeep Vidyapeeth is responsible for conducting the entrance test, declaration of results, counseling and final admission to the respective programme

COURSES :
1.1 The Entrance Test is to be conducted for the M.B.B.S / B.D.S / B.Physio / B.Sc(N).
1.2 (a) General Category: 85% seats are in the general category. Admission to this category will be made on the basis of inter-se-merit of the candidates based on the result of AICET 2015.
(b) NRI/Management Seats : 15% of the seats are reserved for NRI/Management quota. The candidates desirous to get admission under this category will have to apply accordingly.

MODE OF ENTRANCE TEST
The AICET 2015 will be of three hours duration having 200 multiple choice questions (MCQs). Questions will be of single best response objective type with four option. Each correct answer will be awarded one mark. There shall be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
The Medium of Examination will be English.
The Entrance Test shall be of the standard Examination and shall cover Three Science Subject. The subject wise distribution of mark of MCQs will be as under

SUBJECT – (B Group) MARK
(a) Physics 65
(b) Chemistry 65
(c) Biology 70
There is no provision for Rechecking and Reassessment of answer books.

ELIGIBILITY :
The candidate must be an Indian National. Candidate should have passed 12th Std. / equivalent exam. with English as one of the subject and obtained a Minimum of 50% of Marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects. Those students who appeared in 12th Science Stream Examination can also apply.

CENTERS FOR ENTRANCE TEST
The AECET – 2015 shall be conducted at the following cities:
* If sufficient number of applicants have not opted for a particular centre, then Admission Committee will decide the Examination Centre and accordingly Examination Centre will be allotted to candidate. The address of the Examination centre assigned to a candidate will be given in the Hall Ticket. No request for change of centre mentioned in the application form shall be entertained.

APPLICATION FORM :
A candidate who desire to appear for All India common Entrance Test of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth will require to submit an application in the prescribed form along with attested copies of the documents in support of application. The application will also be available online. Please refer Sumandeep Vidyapeeth’s Website www.sumandeepuniversity.co.in. While submitting the application it should be with all necessarydocuments along with DD of Rs. 600/- in favor of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth, Vadodara as the cost of an application Form.

Entrance Test Fee :
The Entrance Test Fee is Rs.1500/-. The fee is payable by cash or demand draft, drawn in favour of “Sumandeep Vidyapeeth” of nationalized / schedule bank, payable at Piparia or Vadodara. The candidate should write his/her name address and mobile number on the backside of the demand draft.
The last date of submission of duly filled application form along with requisite documents and entrance test fee at the office of Register, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Piparia upto 1.00 p.m. on Dt. 16/05/2015 and (with late fee of Rs. 500/-) up to 6.00 p.m. on Dt. 19/05/2015. It will be the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that his/her application reaches the office of the Registrar, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth within the specified time and date.

The Application Form downloaded after 16/05/2015 is to be submitted in person and/or by post should reach to this Office on or before 19/05/2015, along with Demand Draft of Rs.2600/- (Form Fee + Test Fee + Late Fee) in the name of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth, payable at Vadodara.
