Admission to PG Diploma, Certificate, MSc Courses -2015 :
Admission applications forms are invited on prescribed performa available at bfuhs.ac.in for admission to following Certificate, Diploma, PG Diploma and M.Sc Courses.

Certificate Courses: Home Based Care Helper, Operation Theatre Attendant, Hospital & Home Based Care Attendant, Orthopaedic Techniques, Dental Hygiene and Oral prophylaxis, Dental Chair Side Assistant

Diploma Courses: Hospital Documentation and Record Keeping, Burns and Plastic Surgery Techniques, Medical Radiography & Imaging Technology, Blood Bank Techniques, Neurophysiology Techniques, Operation Theatre Techniques

PG Diploma Courses: in Dialysis, Health Promotion & Education, Respiratory Therapy, Neurophysiology, Substance Use Disorder Counselling & Rehabilitation

M.Sc Courses: Pharmacology, Histopathology, Medical Physiology, Medical Laboratory Technology (Medical Biochemistry), Medical Laboratory Technology (Medical Microbiology), Clinical Research, Herbal Drug Technology, Masters in Hospital & Healthcare Administration (MHHA)

Application form complete in all aspect must reach upto 30-09-2015 by 5p.m. at Registrar BFUHS, Sadiq Road, Faridkot. Counselling will be held on 14-10-2015 at SPM Department, GGS Medical College, Faridkot.

For Admission to Certificate, Diploma, Postgraduate diploma and Postgraduate courses of Medical and Paramedical Sciences- 2015 at University Institute of Paramedical Sciences, Faridkot & University Centre of Excellence in Research, Faridkot.

Admission Application Fee:
The Prospectus can be downloaded from the university website and apply on the admission application form available on university website will have to pay Certificate admission form fee: Rs. 500, Diploma admission form fee: Rs. 500, PG Diploma admission form fee: Rs.1500, M.Sc. admission form fee: Rs. 2000 by Bank DemandDraft in favor of Registrar, BFUHS, payable at Faridkot.

Check List for Admission Application Form :
The following self attested photocopies of documents are to be submitted with the ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM

i) Passport size colour photograph must be self signed by the candidate Self attested photocopy of Matric or equivalent certificate for Date of Birth.
ii) Self attested photocopy of character certificate from Institution last attended.
iii) Self attested photocopy of Detail Marks card and Degree of Qualifying exam.
iv) Self attested photocopy of certificate in support of claim under reserved category as per the specimen given in Prospectus.
v) Undertaking by the candidate for Gap year in original, if any.
