ADMISSION 2015-16 :
Admission for BDS / Indian System of Medicine / Paramedical courses – Management Quota 2015-16 in unaided private colleges.
The Committee to Regulate – Monitor the admissions of students to professional courses by the self financing Professional Arts & Science College authorizes this Association to prepare the General merit list for the management quota seats.
The Association now invites application from the candidates to the below mentioned courses offered by its member institutions in Tamilnadu :

4. Admission will be done as per the Supreme Court and State Government directions.
5. Educational Qualifications :
i Candidates should have passed in all the subjects of the qualifying examination of the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (Academic) conducted by the Tamilnadu State Board or any other equivalent examination with following group of subjects with minimum eligible marks.
(a) Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology.
or
(b) Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics with any other subject.
ii Candidates who have passed any other equivalent examinations with same group of subjects should submit an Eligibility Certificate obtained from the Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical Uni¬versity before admission to any institution for the course of their choice.
6. Eligibility :
The eligibility criteria for admission to the various courses offered in institutions shall be as pre¬scribed by the Tamilnadu Dr.M.G.R Medical University.
7. Non-Eligibility :
Candidates who have passed H.Sc. in the Vocational Stream.
8. Age Limit :
For B.Sc., (Nursing) Course: –
Candidates should have completed 17 years of age and maximum age is 30 years as on 311. st December 2015. For SC / SCA / ST candidates maximum age is raised to 35 years. Evidence should be produced.
Married candidates are also eligible for admission.
For all other courses :-
Should have completed the age of Seventeen years on or before 31st December 2015. Evidence should be produced.
Procedure for filling & submission of Application form :
** Before filling up the OMR sheet (Application form), read all the instructions carefully
** Use one common OMR sheet (Application form) for Indian System of Medicine / BDS and Paramedical coures.
** Fill up the OMR sheet legibly, neatly and correctly. The information will be processed by using a computer. Any mistake committed by the candidate will prejudice the selection (Model of the filled in OMR sheet is given in Annexure III).
** Do not fold OMR sheet under any circumstance. Making a hole, using a pin or a stapler on the OMR sheets should be avoided. Cutting, overwriting and erasing in the OMR sheet should be strictly avoided.
** The OMR sheet with incomplete or insufficient particulars or without enclosures or those received after the last date mentioned will be summarily rejected without any intimation to the candidate.
** Filled up OMR sheet without the signature of the candidate will be rejected.
** The Government orders issued and to be issued from time to time pertaining to any of the matters contained in the prospectus should be read as part and parcel of this prospectus and such terms and conditions in the Government Order are deemed to have been incor¬porated in this prospectus.
** Candidates should affix recent passport size photographs in the OMR sheet. The photograph need not be attested.
** All the entries in the OMR sheet should be written legibly by the candidate in his / her own handwriting. The candidate should ensure that all information including the marks in the quali¬fying examination furnished by him / her in the OMR sheet and the enclosures are correct.
** The candidate is informed that if after proper scrutiny, the marks furnished by him/ her in the application are not correct, he / she will forfeit the admission no matter at what stage of the course, he / she will be at that time.
Method of Selection :
(i) Ranking of the candidates will be done based on the total marks obtained in the prescribed science subjects after normalization of marks computed to a maximum of 200.
(ii) The marks obtained through different boards will be taken into account after normalization.
14. Method of Admission :
** Admission will be made only on the basis of rank list prepared by the Association.
** The Selected candidates should produce all the original documents at the time of admission.
** All selections and admission are only provisional. The selection is liable to be cancelled at any time as and when the eligibility conditions are found to be defective or incorrect or there has been suppression or misrepresentation of facts.
Merit List:
The result will be published on the website tnppcahs.org. After the publication of Merit list, the candidates should contact the respective colleges.

Cut off is 175.5. May I get BSMS/BHMS.in govt.college/self finance college? Please inform fee structure? Is there any difference between govt./self finance?
Tuition Fees:-
The Tuition fees for the following courses in Self Financing Colleges shall be collected as fixed by the Committee for the fixation of Fee for Private Professional Educational Institutions, for the year 2014-15.
