ADMISSION PROCEDURE :
Phase – I :
i. Eligible candidates desirous of taking admission to first year of degree engineering courses will have to fill the online application form.
ii. This online Application will be invited from candidates possessing domicile of Rajasthan. The candidates will have to fill marks obtained in XII or equivalent examination as well as JEE (Mains)-2015 score [if appered in JEE(Mains)-2015].
iii. Two separate merit Lists will be prepared viz. first based on JEE (Mains)-2015 score (Merit-1) and secondly based on XII percentile basis (Merit-2).
Phase-II :
iv. After declaration of REAP-2015 merit, the candidates desirous to take admission in first year of degree engineering courses will have to fill online option form. The detailed direction / guidelines and schedule will be issued by the Coordinator, REAP-2015 later on. Subsequently the candidate will have to deposit Rs. 10000/- at the time of filling the option form. The admissions will be carried out on the basis of merit in REAP-2015, the order of options filled in by the candidates in the option form and seats available in respective institute. The candidates are advised to exercise their options very carefully.
v. The candidate will be allowed to exercise his/her option for allotment of seat from any one of the two merit lists i.e. either on the basis of JEE Mains score (Merit-1) or Percentile of 10+2 examination (Merit-2).
vi. After choosing the category of merit list as basis of allotment of seat, the candidate can proceed to fill his/her subject and college wise options. Further, it is clarified that the candidate has to opt for either merit-1 or merit-2 before proceeding to fill the online option form.
vii. The allotment of institute and branch to the candidate will be carried out through the computer software by strictly following the order of merit, seats available and the order of options filled in by the candidate and option of the merit list opted by the candidate himself. No correction will be allowed in the Option Form once submitted. No admission shall be made after the date as fixed by Chairperson, CACC REAP-2015.
viii. Allotment List will be declared on the choice-cum-merit basis as per the options filled in by the candidate.
ix. Candidates are advised in their own interest to secure latest information regarding the admission from the authorised web site of REAP. The non-receipt of communication to the candidate from Coordinator REAP- 2015, Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan, Jodhpur will not be accepted as a ground for not submitting the Option Form or non-reporting in the allotted institute on the scheduled time and date. The candidate’s allotment shall stand automatically cancelled if he/she does not report IN PERSON to the allotted institute as per schedule. In such case his/her registration with REAP-2015 will be cancelled.
x. For upward movement process the candidate will remain in the category under which the initial allotment has been made as per the admission basis filled in by the candidates during filling of option form. The candidate will not be allowed to change category of the merit list in any case.
xi. No. of Upward movements will be carried out as per requirement.
xii. Adjustment of the amount Rs. 10000/- deposited with the Option Form :
a. This amount will be adjusted against fees for those candidates who have been allotted by REAP-2015 and reported in the allotted institute.
b. This amount will be refunded to only those candidates who have not allotted any institute by REAP-2015 (Choice Exhausted).
c. If a seat is allotted to a candidate as per his/her options & merit and if he/she does not report in the allotted institute, then this amount will be forfeited (i.e. not refunded in any case).
