PG Nursing : Admit Card Available from 17.07.2015
The candidates who have applied for the Entrance Examination for Admission to M.Sc Nursing Courses 2015-16 scheduled on 25.07.2015 (Saturday) at Thiruvananthapuram can download their Admit cards from the website cee.kerala.gov.in from 17.07.2015.
The candidates have to enter their Application Number and Date of Birth on the specified page of the website and click the ‘Get Admit Card’ link to download their Admit Cards. This Admit Card should be taken to the Examination Hall. Admit cards will not be sent to candidates by post.
The Admit Cards of certain candidates are withheld due to some defects in their applications, which will be shown on the screen while trying to download the Admit Card. Formats for rectifying such defects are also available on the website. Such candidates are required to rectify the defects by submitting the relevant documents to this office before 5.00 pm on 22.07.2015 by hand/ speed post/ registered post.
The list of candidates showing their addresses and application numbers is also available on the website.
Selection and Entrance Examination :
All Candidates including Service Quota candidates shall have to appear for the Entrance Examination to be conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala at Thiruvananthapuram on 25.07.2015 (Saturday) The Entrance examination will be of 2 and 1/2 hours duration(10.00 am – 12.30 pm) with 200 Multiple Choice Questions. The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala will publish the rank list with all General Quota candidates who appeared in the entrance examination and have furnished the documents as per clause 8.2 of the prospectus based on their marks in the Entrance Examination. Service quota candidates have to qualify by securing 35% marks in the Entrance Examination.
Reporting for the Examination:
(i) Candidates should bring Admit card and ballpoint pen (either blue or black ink) for the Examination.
(ii) Candidates will not be permitted to take items such as pencil, eraser, correction fluid, calculator, logarithm table, electronic gadgets, mobile phones etc. into the examination hall.
(iii) Candidate should be present at the examination hall, 30 minutes before the prescribed time for the commencement of the examination.
(iv) No candidate will be permitted to enter the examination hall, after the commencement of the examination.
(v) Candidates will be permitted to leave the examination hall only after completion of the examination.
Question Paper :
(i) The question papers will be given in the form of a question booklet. A candidate will be given the question booklet before the actual time prescribed for the commencement of the examination, to enable him/her to acquaint himself/herself with the instructions to be followed.
(ii) There will be a single version for the question paper.
(iii) The question booklet serial number is printed on the top right margin of the facing sheet.
(iv) Candidate must write his/her name and roll number in the space provided in the Question booklet. The Roll Number should be written carefully. The column for the signature of the candidate should also be filled in (The signature should be identical with the signatures in the admit card and in the attendance sheet).
(v) The question booklet will be sealed at the middle of the right margin. The candidate should not open the question booklet, until an indication is given by the invigilator to start answering at the scheduled time.
