Instructions :-
1. Candidates are informed to go through counselling schedule for their turn with regard to the Date/Mark/Rank/Category/Communities Re-Allotment/Allotment notified in the schedule. Candidates are advised to attend the counselling as per their turn specified in the schedule displayed in the official websites.

2. Candidates who wish to retain the seat allotted/joined during the 1st phase of counselling need not attend this counselling. Such candidates will be permitted to attend the 3rd phase of counsellling. It is not necessary for candidates called for Self-Financing BDS to attend the counselling to put wait list for Govt. MBBS/SF MBBS and Govt. BDS since they are naturally in wait list for these courses.

3. Candidates should attend the counselling one hour prior to commencement of the session notified in the counselling schedule (Date/Time). Candidates should attend the counselling along with one of the parent at their own cost.

4. It shall be the responsibility of the candidates who got revised marks in RV/RT to attend the counselling as per their revised mark .

5. As more number of candidates are called to attend the counselling for all categories, allotment is not guaranteed to everyone.

6. Re-allotment will be done only for the candidates who joined the course within the stipulated time & date.

7. Counselling will be done for the vacancies arising out of Reallotment and consequential vacancies will also be considered for Re-allotment/ Allotment based on merit and community.

8. Re-allotment/ Allotment will be made subject to availability of seats at their turn in all categories (Govt. MBBS/Self Financing MBBS/ Govt.BDS / Self Financing BDS) for communities such as OC/BC/BCM/MBC/SC/SCA/ST. Candidates shall not claim the right of admission if seats are exhausted before their turn.

9. No individual intimation will be sent to candidates for Re-allotment of seats for Govt. /Self Financing MBBS /Govt. BDS/SF BDS. Individual intimation by way of SMS will be sent to the mobile number given by the candidates in their application form through the I.D: TNMESC for allotment only.

9a. Call letter will be sent for candidate attending Self Financing BDS counselling only.

10. Candidates seeking the Re-allotment should bring Admission slip (or) Bonafide Certificate obtained from the Head of the Institution.

11. Candidates selected under Special Category (Ex-Servicemen, Eminent Sports persons, Orthopaedically Physically Disabled) in 1st Phase of counseling are not eligible for Reallotment.

12. If candidates do not attend counselling for Re-allotment, it will be presumed that they do not require Re-allotment and are willing to pursue the studies in the existing institution itself.

13. Candidates who obtained Re-allotment in this counseling will not be permitted to reclaim the previous status/college after his / her turn is over.

14. Those candidates who opted out of Govt. MBBS /SF MBBS & Govt.BDS when seats were available in 1st phase of counseling are not eligible to claim the same.

15. Those candidates who were absent, allotted but not joined in Government MBBS seats during 1st phase of counselling are not eligible to claim the same.

16. Those candidates who got RV/RT marks and could not attend the I phase counselling in time alone will be permitted to attend the counselling on production of copy of RV/RT marks.

17. Candidates shall only opt for the vacancies available at their turn.

18. Candidate should produce all original certificates as required in clause 19 of the prospectus for allotment.
