Process for Applying online – a step by step guide :
1. Click on the Online Registration Button. (If you are already registered candidate then proceed from step 7).
2. Fill the form by giving appropriate information. (To be noted: Provide your valid MOBILE No., your Password will be sent in this Mobile No.)
3. Click on the Register Button to register yourself.
4. In the next page check if the data which you have provided is alright. Then click on Submit button. If any change is required then click on Edit Data.
5. If you clicked on Edit Data then repeat step 2 to 4 again.
6. If you clicked on Submit button then you will received your unique Registration No. and Password in SMS in your given Registered Mobile No. Remember this Registration No. and Password is most essential for the entire process of Online Application. A thanks page will open.
7. Then click on the Login button.
8. To log-in give the Registration No. and Password you have got in your Mobile Number. Then click on the Login Button.
9. Application Form will open fill up the Form carefully. The red star marked (*) fields are mandatory.
10. After filling up the Form click on the Save button if you want to proceed. After you saved a preview page will open. Check each and every data which you have provided carefully if the data is correct then click on Final submission. If you want to change any data then click on Edit data. After changing the required data click on Continue Button. And then click on Final Submission.
11. If you finally submitted your Application Form then a page with payment option will open. Two types of Payment Mode are there:
a. Online Payment: Using Debit Card / Credit Card.
b. Offline Payment: Using Bank Challan.
12. In online mode you can directly take the print out of the form after payment.
13. In offline mode print the generated Challan and then deposit the fees in the any branch of Concerned Bank along with the printed challan.After depositing the fee in the bank wait for 2 working days and then you will be able to take the printout of the Form after log-in.
14. At this point of time you have to Upload your Passport size Photo. The printed form will show the payment details. Sign on the printed form and bring it on at the time of admission along with the Challan.
15. Once you have paid the fees you will not be able to Edit your Application Form.
Remember once you have done registration, do not do it again. Registration is for one time only. Do not delete or lose your registration no. & password, you will require it till the admission process completes.
STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED BEFORE FILLING UP THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM :
Applicants need not to send the hard copy of the Application Form to the University. Students are requested to keep the form ready with them; it will be required at the time of admission.
Note: DO NOT USE INTERNET EXPLORER.
PNC candidates and General Pass Candidates are not eligible

3. Madhyamik Registration No
4. Valid Phone Number of the Applicant or Guardian
5. Subject Applying for PG
6. Fathers and Mothers Name
7. Gender, Caste, PWD, Date Of Birth, Full Permanent and Present address
8. Academic qualification details i.e. name of Board / University, year of Passing, Full Marks, and Marks obtained – for Madhyamik, Higher Secondary and Under Graduate examinations including numbers obtained in Pass subjects and honour’s subjects also.
