Assignment of merit number:
5.1. Merit Number for Maharashtra Candidates:
1. Each eligible Maharashtra State Candidate (Rule 2.1) who has appeared forMT-CET2015and obtained a non zero score in MT-CET2015 and submitted application form on or before the last date prescribed for the submission of Application Form for Admission to Pharmacy through CAP will be assigned a provisionalmerit number.
2. Merit of all eligible Maharashtra State candidates will be based on the MT-CET2015 score (out of 200 marks) only; relative merit in case of a tie (i.e. equal marks inMT-CET2015) shall be resolved as per rule no.
3. OMS candidates should note that, a separate merit list of all eligible OMS candidates (Rule 2.1) shall be prepared based on the MT-CET2015 score (out of 200 marks) only,relative merit in case of a tie (i.e. equal marks in MT-CET2015) shall be resolved as per rule no.
Note:
I. Merit list of Maharashtra State Candidates so prepared shall indicate a State level General Merit No., State level Category Merit no. (As applicable), Home University General Merit No., Home University Category Merit no. (As applicable) etc.
II. Assignment of a Merit number does not indicate or ensure admission to any seat.
Relative merit in case of a tie:
In the case of candidates securing equal number of marks inMT-CET2015, their relative merit will be fixed on the basis of the following order of preference:
a) A candidate securing higher marks out of 100 in the subject of Mathematics/Biology (whichever is maximum) inMT-CET2015.
b) Acandidate securing higher marks out of 50 in the subject of ChemistryinMT-CET2015.
c) A candidate securing higher % of marks in the subject of Chemistry at HSC (Std. XII) Examination.
d) A candidate securing higher % of marks in the subject of Physics at HSC (Std. XII) Examination
e) A candidate passing the HSC (Std. XII) examination with higher % of aggregate marks.
f) Birth Date of the candidate (Elder Candidate will be given preference)
Note:
While converting the marks, if the converted marks work out to be a figure with fraction, fraction up to two decimal places will only be considered.
Change of Marks due to verification:
If the marks in the qualifying examination are modified due to verification and the same is duly certified by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent, the same shall be reported to the ARC In charge immediately.
Reservation for Female candidates: As per the provisions in Govt. Resolution No.GEC-1000/ (123/2000)/ Tech. Edu.-1, dated 17thApril, 2000, 30% seats available for MS-CAP shall be reservedfor female candidates in all the courses of the institutions coming under CAP. This reservation shall be applicable for General, SC, ST, DT/VJ, NT-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D and OBC categories. Seats reserved for Female candidates are available under both the 70% Home under CAP. This reservation shall be applicable for General, SC, ST, DT/VJ, NT-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D and OBC categories. Seats reserved for Female candidates are available under both the 70% Home University seatsand30% Other than Home Universityseats coming under the CAP.
IMPORTANT:
All such candidates who fail to substantiate claims made (such as reservation category, PH, Defence etc.) with supporting necessary documents shall be converted to GENERAL category and/or such applications will be rejected as the case may be. Once such candidates are converted to GENERAL category and they will have to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria as set out for a GENERAL category candidate.

My marks in mt cet 70% and in 12th 54 marks
So will I get admission in b.pharm?
