PAYMENT OF FEES IS A ONE-TIME PAYMENT :
Course fees for the Academic year 2015 – 2016 :
The Student is given 8 days to deposit the fees excluding the date of the announcement of the results. The results will be announced on June 1st, 2015. The entire fees to be deposited by June 10th 2015 by 4 p.m. failing which the student will forfeit the seat. The waitlist if any will be announced on June 11th 2015 by 10.00 a.m. and they have to deposit their fees by June 20th 2015 by 4.00 p.m.

Procedures for depositing fees for the academic year 2015 – 2016 :
Very Important :
You have to inform the respective Course Co-ordinators preferably by email (Email id’s mentioned below) or call regarding the mode in which you have deposited the fees to secure your seat before the last date of payment of fees. Incase you fail to do so the Institute will not be held responsible.
1. Make a Draft in favor of XAVIER INSTITUTE OF COMMUNICATIONS payable at MUMBAI and handover to the concerned Course Co-ordinators (details given below) who will in turn handover to the accounts department along with the form and collect the receipt.

OR

2. Make a Draft in favor of XAVIER INSTITUTE OF COMMUNICATIONS payable at MUMBAI and courier it to the Institutes address which is mentioned on the back cover page of the brochure. Please note before you courier the draft take a xerox of the draft and fax it on 022 22658546 or scan and email it the respective Co-ordinators. The Course Co-ordinators will communicate the same to the accounts department with the application form who will make a receipt for the same which can be collected by the student from the department on the Orientation day.
