JNKVV & RVSKVV Master & Ph.D Entrance Exam
Admission to Master & Ph.D degree programmes (2024-25) of Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Jabalpur and Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Gwalior will be through an Online Joint Entrance Examination to be conducted on 16.06.2024 (for Master and PhD Degree Programmes) by MP Online Limited, Bhopal. Candidates may apply online w.e.f. May 01, 2024 to June 01, 2024.

Eligibility of Master & Ph.D Entrance Examination
** Age and nationality: Indian Nationals having age not below 19 years are eligible to appear in the examination. No relaxation is admissible regarding the minimum age limit.
** Candidates passed (or due to appear) in the final examination of their Bachelor degree in the concerned field under 10+2+4 year degree programmes
** Candidates passed (or due to appear) in the final examination of their Master Degree in the concerned field as per revised syllabus of ICAR along with fulfillment of conditions will be eligible for the Doctorate degree entrance examination.
Procedure of Online Application for Master & Ph.D Entrance Exam
(i) A candidate can apply for giving examination in only one Subject. No change would be allowed thereafter. Choice of subject/degree programmes for admission will be available at the time of counseling based on availability of seats, and merit rank of the candidate.
(ii)The candidates appearing in the Bachelor / Master’s degree final examination are also eligible to apply provisionally and appear in the Online Entrance Examination, but they will have to submit documentary proof on the date of counseling. Non-submission of documentary evidence of completion of degree and non-attaining prescribed eligibility by the counseling date will disqualify him/her for admission.
(iii) Candidates are not required to submit any certificates/marks sheet etc. with the application. It is the sole responsibility of the candidates to ensure that they fulfill the specified eligibility in all respects before appearing in the examination.
(iv) Medium of examination is English.
(v) PG programmes where non-agricultural graduates (apart from agriculture, agril. engineering, forestry and horticulture faculty) are allowed to appear, will have same syllabus for entrance examination, as described for agriculture graduates.
Online Application :
** Entrance ExaminationOnline Application and downloadable prospectus will be available on MP Online Limited Portal kvv.mponline.gov.in A demo Online application form will also be available on the website for acquainting the candidates with this technique and practicing before online submission of application.
** The candidate has to visit MP Online Limited Portal kvv.mponline.gov.in and click the option of filling “Online Application for JNKVV & RVSKVV Joint Entrance Examination 2024-25. The candidates can download prospectus and then fill the form online.
** During filling of prescribed online form, candidates must submit prescribed fee as per instructions.
Step 1:-Kindly use this link kvv.mponline.gov.in to fill application form of JNKVV & RVSKVV (2024- 25).
Step 2:-Please click on “Our Services” option, as shown in the red circle in below image.
Step 3:- On “Important Links” section please click on Application Form for Admission to Master & PhD. Degree Programmes (2024-25) of JNKVV & RVSKVV, link as shown in red square in below image.
Step 4:- After click on Application Form link please select your desired course where you want to apply as shown in red circle in below image.
Step 5:- For demonstration purpose, we are taking an example of Ph.D course application form. Read the eligibility points carefully to apply for PG and PhD course, if you are eligible as per mentioned points so click on “Yes” Option and proceed to fill the application form. If you choose ”No” option then you will not eligible to apply.
Step 6:- Please fill your required details (As per your eligibility) like:- Personal Details, Domicile Details, Category Details, Handicapped Details, City Preference for Exam Details, Address/Contact details, Education/Qualification Details and Photo and Signature ready to be filled in the application form. After filling the form if candidate is satisfied with the filled information, then candidate should click on “Submit” button, as shown in red circle in below image.
Step 7:- After clicking on “Submit” button, the information submitted by the applicant will be displayed on the screen. Now Click on “Proceed to Payment” button to pay fee.
Step 8:- kindly choose the online payment gateway and pay the application Fee.
Step 9:- After successful payment of application, the receipt will be generated. You may take a print out of the same for future reference.
