Bihar B.Ed Combined Entrance Test
L N Mithila University, Darbhanga consecutive fifth year, the opportunity to conduct the Combined Entrance Test for B. Ed. and Shiksha Shastri Programmes. For CET-B.Ed.-2024, the Application is to be filled online. Candidates are requested to go through the instructions given in this prospectus and on the website www.biharcetbed-lnmu.in. Last Date for submission of application form is 26th May 2024.

Eligibility of CET-B.Ed
Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) and/or in the Master’s Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Commerce or Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto are eligible to appear in the admission test for the Two year B. Ed. Programme (CET-B.Ed.)
Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) with Sanskrit (as the main subject) and Master’s Degree in Sanskrit/Archarya in traditional Sanskrit Shastra with 50% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto are eligible to appear in admission test for the Shiksha Shastri programme.
Shastri B.A. (Including Sanskrit Subject) with minimum 50% marks by recognized University or institution with two-year course, Acharya (First Year) MA (Sanskrit) must pass examination (bridge Corse) for first year. In percentage determination Acharya First Year or MA first year marks will not be helpful.
Pattern of Entrance Test for CET-B.Ed
CET-B.Ed.-2024 shall be of two hours duration. Candidates have to answer 120 multiple-choice questions. Each question shall have four expected answers of which they have to select the most appropriate answer and mark them on the OMR sheet provided along with the Question Booklet. Candidate must use blue/black ball pen only to mark the answer on the OMR sheet.
The Question Booklet shall have 120 objective type questions each carrying one mark. The maximum marks allotted to the Entrance Test is 120. OMR Sheet/Answer Sheet shall be provided for answering the questions.

Entrance Test Fee of CET-B.Ed
The Entrance Test Fee will be :
Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand) for General/unreserved candidates.
Rs. 750/- (Seven Hundred and Fifty) for differently-abled/EBC/BC/Women/EWS.
Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred) for the SC/ST category candidates.
The Fee is to be paid through an online payment gateway only.
Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstance(s)
Process of Online Application for CET-B.Ed
Application will be completed in following steps :
First Step : Online Registration of the Applicant. In this step Login ID will be created. You have to upload Photo & Signature at in size
Second Step : Completing up the Application Form. Fill all enteries with atmost care in this stage, particularly gender, domicile and category.
Third Step : Online payment of CET Fee and taking Print out of the Completed Application Form.
Candidates are required to keep in their safe custody the original printout/photocopy of application form for future reference.
Before filling up the online application from for Two Year B.Ed. Combined Entrance Test (CET-B.Ed.-2024) candidate must ensure their eligibility, going through the relevant portion of the Instructions available on the website: www.biharcetbed-lnmu.in.
Steps for Filling the Online Application :
The entire process of filling online Application form can be completed in below steps:
1. Register yourself for the online application process on the website www.biharcetbed-lnmu.in by filling up required entries.
2. Activate and validate your registration through link sent to your Email and Activation Code sent on your Mobile Number/Email.
3. After Activation/Validation, you have to login again through Email ID and Password. Your Email ID is your Login ID for CET-BED 2024.
4. On Login, your Dash Board will appear. Click on “My Application” and complete your Application Form in following sequence:
Applicant Detail: Here you have to fill up personal details.
Upload Photo and Signature: Next, you have to upload your photo and signature.
Educational Detail: After that, you have to enter your educational details.
Document Upload: Next, you have to upload your educational documents and Aadhar Card. Along with them upload Caste Certificate, Divyang Certificate, SMQ Certificate whichever is applicable.
Examination Centre: Choose cities for Examination Centre (You can choose three cities)
Preview and Confirm: After choosing your examination centre, your Application Form completes. Preview your Application Form carefully, and edit if there is any error. When you are fully satisfied, then “Confirm”. After clicking on ‘Confirm’ you will not get chance to edit any entry of your Application Form.
5. After “Confirm” you will see link “Proceed to Payment”. Click on it and complete your payment of Application Fee. You can pay through Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card.
6. Taking Print out of Application Form: After successful payment, you will get complete detail of your Application Form. Take Print of this Application Form and keep it safe with you for any future reference. Do not sent print out of Application Form to Lalit Narayan Mithila University or anywhere for any kind of further processing.
