VERIFICATION OF MARKS :
** There will be no rechecking/ revaluation of answer sheets.
** However the candidate can apply for verification of marks to the Competent Authority by 30/05/2015 in prescribed online form which needs to be downloaded, printed, filled and must be sent along with fees of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to be paid by Demand Draft in favor of “MGM Institute of Health Sciences” payable at Mumbai and drawn on any nationalized/ scheduled commercial bank.
** The candidate will be given photocopy of the answer sheet and model answer key after verification by Speed post.
** The Final merit list with ALL INDIA RANK will be generated after completing verification of marks.
FINAL MERIT LIST :
The Final Merit List of the candidates will be prepared by the University in accordance to the total Marks obtained by them in the MGM UG CET – 2015 indicating their ALL INDIA rank.
In case of two or more candidates obtaining equal marks in the MGM UG CET – 2015 the inter-se merit of such candidates will be determined in the order of preference as under
First Level : Candidate with higher marks in Biology in MGM UG CET – 2015 will be given preference.
Second Level : If the tie persists after first level, candidate with higher marks in Chemistry in MGM UG CET – 2015 will get preference.
Third Level : If tie persists after second level, candidate with higher percentage of aggregate marks in SSC (or equivalent) will get preference.
Fourth Level : If tie persists after third level also, older candidate will get preference over the younger one.
** The Final Statement of Marks indicating marks obtained and merit number of the candidate will be sent by speed post / courier.
** The MGMIHS shall not be responsible for delay or loss of mark sheets during transit by speed post / courier.
** The candidate who wants duplicate marks sheet will have to apply to MGMIHS with a payment of fee of Rs. 1000/- by D.D. drawn in favor of “MGM Institute of Health Sciences, payable at Mumbai”
** MGMIHS will not intimate the individual unsuccessful candidates regarding the result of entrance test and no correspondence on this subject will be entertained.
Intake Capacity and Seat Allocation :
Approved intake capacities for MBBS Course are as under:
a) MGM Medical College, Navi Mumbai : 100 ( 50 Seats subject to approval from MCI, New Delhi)
b) MGM Medical College, Aurangabad : 150 Seats
Allocation of Seats:-
a) General Category: 85% of total intake capacities will be filled on the basis of merit list of MGM UG CET – 2015.
b) For students / Wards of NRI/POI/FN categories Admission will be done strictly on merit basis of XII standard Marks and / or common entrance test conducted by MGMIHS.
PROCESS FOR FILING VACANT SEATS :
** The University authority will issue notification which will be displayed on the website of University as well as on the notice boards of the constituent colleges indicating the dates of second round of counseling process if the seats remain vacant.
** There will not be any separate communication to the students for subsequent selection process.
** The vacant seats if any will be filled as per the merit list of MGM UG CET – 2015 amongst the students who have not been selected in the first round of counseling.
** The candidate selected in first round will be considered for betterment in the subsequent selection process provided they have not submitted Status Retention Form.
** “Betterment” means the higher preference exercised by the candidate.
** The shift in such betterment shall be compulsory and mandatory.
** If the candidate offered admission as per his/her preferences refuse to accept admission then he/ she will not be considered for next round of counseling.
The following candidates will not be held eligible for subsequent admission process:
** Accepting admission but not reporting to the College and / or not paying the fees in prescribed time.
** Reporting to the college but not attending the college regularly.
** Paying the fees but not attending the college.
** If the admission given by the Deemed University is cancelled by the Dean as a disciplinary action.
** Candidate absent in the earlier round of Counseling is not eligible for subsequent rounds of admission.

I get 78 marks in cet & 63% in 12th board with PCB 68%. I am strongly willing for admission. Can I get admission through management quota?
