JENPARH 2015 Admit Card Download

ISSUE OF ADMIT CARD WITH EXAMINATION ROLL NUMBER:
Admit Card for each eligible applicant showing his/her Application Number, Examination Roll Number, Examination Centre along with relevant personal information will be available at wbjeeb.in from 22.05.2015 till the day of examination. Applicant should download the Admit Card and carry it along with him/her to the Examination Centre.

Candidates must ensure that the photographs on the admit card are not mutilated / distorted/soiled even by accident. Candidates with such Admit Cards will not be allowed to appear in the Entrance Examination.

Candidates must retain their admit cards carefully in a secured place in undamaged condition till the completion of admission procedure.

No duplicate Admit Card will be issued after the Entrance Examination from the Board Office. However, during counselling, candidates will once again be allowed to download their Admit Cards.

ZONE OF EXAMINATION;
The Examination will be held simultaneously at the following zones, provided there are sufficient candidates in the Zone. If sufficient applicants are not available for a particular zone, nearby zone will be allotted to them.

The allotment of zone and examination centre is fully at the discretion of the Board. Any allotment made by the Board is final and no request for changing the zone / centre of examination will be entertained under any circumstances.

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) will conduct JENPARH-2015 and the examination schedule will be as follows:

DAY & DATE : SUNDAY 31st May, 2015
TIME : 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
SUBJECT : Paper- 1: Biological Sciences (100 marks)

TIME : 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
SUBJECT : Paper – II: Physics & Chemistry (100 marks)

EXAMINATION AND QUESTION PATTERN:
A written test consisting of the following papers will be conducted by WBJEEB:
Paper I: Biological Sciences (100 marks)
Paper ll: Physics & Chemistry (100 marks).

Each paper will contain hundred (100) one (1) mark questions based on Higher Secondary syllabus of WBCHSE. All questions will be of Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) type. Answers are to be marked (bubbled) on OMR Answer Sheets using black /blue ball point pen.

Each question will have four answer options of which only one is correct. Each correct response will fetch 1 mark, each incorrect response will fetch (-1/4) mark, whereas no response will fetch zero mark. Multiple responses for any question will fetch (-1/4) marks.

The questions will be printed in English following by its Bangla version.

In JENPARH-2015 the merit list for successful candidates will be prepared by listing them in the descending order of the total marks scored by them. However, there may be ties and such ties will be broken by sequentially applying the following set of rules :

1. Less negative marks in Biology, Physics & Chemistry taken together
2. More positive marks in Biology and Chemistry taken together
3. More positive marks in Biology and Physics taken together
4. Less negative marks in Biology and Chemistry taken together
5. Less negative marks in Biology and Physics taken together

In generation of the merit list, if after applying the 5 rules stated above there are still ties, same will be broken by the date of birth (DOB) of the concerned candidates; the older candidate will be given preference over the younger one.
