JET , the candidate with higher marks in Maths has been placed at higher Rank.
JET & Maths, the candidate having higher marks in Physics has been placed at higher Rank.
JET & Maths & Physics, then the candidate having higher marks in Chemistry has been placed at higher Rank.
JET & Maths & Physics & Chemistry, then the candidate having higher marks in Aptitude has been placed at higher Rank.
JET & Maths & Physics & Chemistry & Aptitude, then the candidate having higher marks in English has been placed at higher Rank.
JET & Maths & Physics & Chemistry & Aptitude & English, the senior in age has been placed at higher Rank.

There shall be cut-off marks of 10% in total JET marks for General and other categories  and 5% of total JET marks for the candidates belonging to Scheduled caste and Scheduled tribes.

The Board shall declare the result of all candidates who have appeared for JET-2015 in a combined list clearly showing the marks secured and the rank obtained by each candidate. However, only those candidates  who have secured marks above the cut-off percentage shall be eligible for online counseling. Candidates shall appear in the online counseling in the order of JET ranks provided they have passed the basic qualifying examination mentioned in Part A.

The Joint Entrance Test shall be conducted on 19 th April 2015 or such date as the Board may decide. Similarly, academic session may  commence on 16th July., If it happens to be holiday, then the academic session shall commence on next working day.
