Karunya Entrance Examination – 2015 (KEE-2015) :
** Results will be published during the first week of May 2015 in Karunya University website and the rank obtained will be intimated through SMS.
** Only this rank order will be used for counseling process.
** Candidates can download the KEE-2015 rank card through admissions.karunya.edu.
** A copy of self attested KEE-2015 rank card must to be produced on the day of counseling.
** Since the evaluation of answer scripts (coding sheets) is performed through automated machines with extreme care, there is no provision for re-grading and re-totaling.
** No photocopy of the answer scripts will be provided.
** No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION :
It is mandatory that all the candidates who apply to Karunya University should meet the eligibility criteria as per the norms of the University. If the candidates do not meet the eligibility criteria, they may not be considered for admission.
REFUND OF FEES :
Request for cancellation of admission and refund of fees may be considered as per the following norms.
a. The candidates can fill the refund requests online through our website admissions.karunya.edu until the due date.
b. The candidates should take a print out of the filled-in refund form, sign in relevant places (to be signed by the candidate and parent / guardian) and send by the Registered Post to the Admissions Officer along with original receipts so as to reach him before the deadline.
c. The refund requests format cannot be filled online after the due date. The refund requests prepared other than the prescribed format and submitted after the due date will not be considered under any circumstances.
DISCONTINUANCE / WITHDRAWAL FROM THE COURSE :
A candidate who desires to leave the Institution after joining the course will have to submit a ‘No dues’ certificate issued by the Deputy Registrar (Students Affairs).
This should be accompanied by the application of withdrawal duly approved by the Registrar.
The original certificates will be returned only on the production of ‘No dues’ certificate in the prescribed form, obtained from Students Affairs Office.
The candidates who leave the University after the commencement of classes will not receive any refund of money other than caution deposit and hostel fees and mess charges after proportionate deduction.
GENERAL DISCIPLINE :
a. Every student is required to adhere strictly to the code of conduct of the University, pay the requisite fees by the due dates, attend their classes regularly and abide by the rules and regulations of the University. The students who have not paid the fees before the deadline will be kept in out-of-rolls.
b. If at any point of time, the conduct and character of a candidate is not satisfactory or is of a suspicious nature, the management reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to make him/her vacate the hostel or expel him / her from the University.
c. Ragging of any sort is banned at Karunya University and any violation of this will result in appropriate punishment, which includes expulsion from the University.
