SVIMSPGSSET-2015 :
Applications are invited from eligible candidates as per Section 95 of The Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act No.6 of 2014 as notified in The Gazette of India dated 1st March, 2014 for admission into DM/ MCh courses for the year 2015.
ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION :
The candidate should have passed MD/MS/DNB qualification from the Medical college/ Institutions recognized by MCI are eligible to apply. In case, the candidate is waiting for the results, unable to upload the pass certificate, he/ she shall mention “WFR” (Waiting for results) in the application and has to submit the pass certificate compulsorily on the day of counseling, failing which he / she will not be allowed for counseling.
ON-LINE APPLICATION :
1. Candidate seeking admission to Entrance Examination is required to Apply through On-line.
2. Log on to svimstpt.ap.nic.in and navigate to link “Apply On-line SVIMSPGSSET-2015”.
3. The candidate should read the “Prospectus” carefully and fulfill all the requirements for filling the application through online. Click “Apply On-line” and read “Instructions” given on the screen. Then click “Register” for opening Basic Registration Page.
a. The candidate shall register with his/her name, mobile number (10 digits only), a valid e-mail id and date of birth.
b. The system will generate an application number and password. The same will be sent to the applicant’s email id mentioned at the registration screen as well as an SMS to their registered mobile number. The candidate can log on to the application using the application id and password (date of birth).
Step I:
On successful login, Personal Details Screen will appear. Carefully fill the required details. Enter the qualification details as per the study from MBBS to PG degree (MD/MS/DNB). Enter the work experience details if working in any institution/ medical college (Govt./ Pvt.). The mandatory columns mentioned with ‘*’ must be filled and click on “save”
Step II:
(i) Photo upload:
a. One recent colour passport size photograph with light background is required.
b. Black & White / Polaroid photographs are not acceptable.
c. Photograph MUST be snapped with date taken on or after 01.04.2015.
d. The photo shall be uploaded in the size of not more than 500 KB.

(ii) Signature Upload:
The signature of the candidate may be inserted in an area of 2”x1” on white paper with black ball point pen. The signature may be scanned, cropped and saved in not more than 500 KB.
(iii) The following documents to be uploaded in pdf format only having size not exceeding 1mb (1024kb) for each document.
a. MBBS – consolidated marks memo.
b. MBBS – Medical council registration certificate
c. MBBS – No. of attempts certificate (if not mentioned in the consolidated marks memo)
d. PG Degree – (MD/MS/DNB) Provisional / original certificates
e. PG Degree – No. of attempts certificates
f. PG Degree – Medical council registration certificate.
the candidate who is waiting for results can mention “WFR (Waiting for results)” and uploading of the certificates is not mandatory.
iv) Mandatory Certificate for those claiming non local status for un-reserved category.
For the candidates who are coming under non-local category have to furnish a certificate as proof for their claim. The proforma for residence certificate is available in Appendix – II.
Step-III:
Payment of application fee:
The application fee of Rs.2500/- to be paid through Credit/Debit card / online transfer. No other mode of payment will be accepted at any cost. All Banking charges for transaction will have to be borne by the candidate. For successful transaction of the fees, don’t close the web page or press any key on keyboard/ mouse, until the web page display “Transaction is successful” message. If your internet connection is slow or browser is closed due to any reason while making payment, re-login and verify the payment status before making payment again. If payment is deducted and “transaction is successful” message not received even after 36 hours, you may contact the academic section, SVIMS through svimspget@gmail.com. No reply will be given over phone Step-IV: If application is completed in all aspects then only click “SUBMIT”
Step-V: Take a print out of the “application abstract” for future reference.
Note: For queries, the candidates are advised to send an Email to svimspget [AT] gmail.com along with their application ID, login password and the enquiry in brief.
Enquiries through telephone will not be allowed. Mails sent to other email address will not be attended.
