Documents required at the time of reporting are as follows:
Candidates who have not registered will have to Register by payment of Rs. 1200/-
Demand Draft of Rs. 5,000/- in favor of Graphic Era Educational Society payable at Dehradun towards Counseling fee, for students who take admission this amount will be adjusted in the tuition fee, for others this fee will be refunded as per University norms.
Following documents in ORIGINAL ALONGWITH ONE SET OF PHOTOCOPY SELF-ATTESTED is required for verification.
10th and 12th Examination Mark sheet
Medical Certificate of fitness with Blood Group
Character Certificate from the passing out school/University.
Certificate for Uttarakhand candidates SC/ST/OBC (last Six months)/ AF/FF/PH Candidates (for Uttarakhand Candidate Only).
Domicile Certificate (for Uttarakhand Candidate Only: if 10th and 12th Examination is from Uttarakhand this is not required.)
Year Gap Affidavit if 12th Examination result year is other than 2015.

Enrollment Fee: Rs.500/- (One time, Paid at the time of Admission One time).
Sports Fee: Rs.500/- per Sem.
Library Fee : Rs.1000/- per Sem.
Examination Fee (UG): Rs.3000/- per Sem.
Examination Fee (PG): Rs.3250/- per Sem.
Student Insurance (SIC): 740/- per annum.
Subsidized Transport Charges: Rs.850/ per Sem.
Student Welfare Charges: Rs.750/- per Sem.
OPTIONAL IF HOSTEL IS REQUIRED:
Hostel Security Money (refundable after completion of course; to be paid once) Rs.3,000/-
Hostel fee (boarding & lodging): Rs.70,000/- per annum.
