Applications are invited for admission to the following Degree Courses in various Professional Colleges in the State for the year 2018-19.

D. Architecture Course: B.Arch. (No Entrance Examination. Admission is based on merit as assessed by equal weightage to NATA Score and marks/grades in the Qualifying Examination)
E. Pharmacy Course: B.Pharm.
Eligibility for Admission
Academic Qualification
Engineering Courses:
Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, or examinations recognised as equivalent thereto, with 50 % marks in Mathematics/Biology separately, and 50 % marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology put together are eligible for admission to the seats reserved for Dairy Farm Instructors of Dairy Development Department for B.Tech. (Dairy Technology).
However, the candidates admitted to the course have to take a make-up course in Basic Mathematics (2+0) credits or Applied Biology (1+1) credit as the case may be.
Architecture Course:
(i) Minimum academic eligibility for admission to B. Arch.:
10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised Board with Mathematics as a subject of study by securing 50% marks in aggregate OR 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognised by Central/State Governments with 50% aggregate marks with Mathematics as one of the subject of examination OR International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination.
(ii) In addition to the academic eligibility as above, only those candidates who score the minimum eligibility marks as per the Information Brochure of National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) 2018 will be considered for admission to B. Arch. course. There is no relaxation in the minimum passing score of NATA to any category of candidates. The candidates shall have to qualify in NATA on or before 10.06.2018.
B.Pharm Course:
Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Biology/Mathematics separately and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics put together are eligible.
Age
Applicants should have completed 17 years of age as on the 31st December 2018. No relaxation in the minimum age will be allowed. There is no upper age limit for Engineering, Architecture and B.Pharm Courses. For Medical and Allied courses, the upper age limit will be as per the Information Bulletin of NEET(UG)-2018. Candidates should attach proof for their date of birth along with the printout of application.
Mode of Submission of Applications
Candidates satisfying the eligibility conditions as laid down in the Prospectus and who seek admission to any or all of the above mentioned courses have to apply online through the website of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations cee.kerala.gov.in from 1 February 2018 to 28 February 2018 and should send the printout of the online submitted application along with required supporting documents to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations on or before the last date and time.
Note:
The CEE will conduct Entrance Examination for admission to Engineering Courses only. However, candidates seeking admission to B.Pharm course shall have to appear for and qualify in Paper-I (Physics & Chemistry) of the Engineering Entrance Examination. The CEE will not conduct any Entrance Examination for admission to B.Arch. course and Medical & Allied courses.
However, candidates seeking admission to B.Arch. course should compulsorily appear for and qualify in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA) on or before 10.06.2018.
Candidates seeking admission to any of the Medical & Allied courses should compulsorily appear for and qualify in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test-Under Graduate (NEET-UG) 2018 conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). (See Clause 9.7.5 of the Prospectus)

ST candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
(a) Candidates can remit the application fee in either of the two following methods:
Online Payment
The fee may be paid by credit card/debit card/Internet Banking. On successful payment of fee, a Payment Confirmation Page will appear displaying the message ‘Transaction Successful’.
If the payment is unsuccessful, the message ‘Transaction Unsuccessful’ will be displayed. Due to communication failure, if the outcome of the payment attempt is not displayed, the ‘Payment’ tab in the candidate’s home page should be checked to see if it has turned green.
If not, the transaction was unsuccessful and the payment needs to be made again and ensure that it’s successful. If the amount was debited from the account of the candidate for an unsuccessful transaction, the debited amount will be reverted to that account within 5-7 working days.
E-chalan
In case of payment through e-chalan, the payment should be made in all Head /Sub Post Offices in Kerala, in cash. The e-chalan generated from the website after online submission of the application should be handed over to the post office and after depositing the fee plus processing charge, as applicable, the counterfoil (Candidate’s copy) of the e-chalan must be collected back from the post office official.
It must be ensured that the post office official has recorded the Payment ID pertaining to the payment on the counterfoil and put the office stamp and his/her initials at the designated places on the counterfoil. If the payment was successful, the ‘Payment’ tab in the candidate’s home page turns green.
Candidates are advised to login to the website and examine the ‘Payment’ tab to make sure that the fee status has been updated by the post office official. If the payment tab has not turned green, the candidate should immediately contact the concerned post office and get the payment status updated.
On successful Payment, the required entries in the application will be made automatically.
Note: The Application fee/additional fee once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances.
(b) Candidates opting Dubai (UAE) as the Centre for Entrance Examination: Candidates choosing ‘Dubai’ as Examination Centre will have to remit an additional fee of Rs.12,000/- by way of online payment.
The additional fee can also be remitted by way of e-chalan, if payment is made inside Kerala. (See clause 7.3.1 for more details) Such candidates should give a local contact number, if available, in their application in the appropriate place. If the additional fee of Rs. 12,000/- is not paid by the candidates, they will be allotted a centre within the country.
For receipt of the Printout Application
The Printout of the Application and other relevant documents, to be submitted with the Application, are to be enclosed and sent in an A4 sized envelope, so as to reach Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, 5th Floor, Housing Board Buildings, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram-695001 before 5 p.m. on 31.03.2018 (Saturday), by Hand Delivery/Registered Post/Speed Post.
Completed Applications will be received in the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations on holidays also.
