AmityJEE 2018 is based on the Amity Joint Entrance Examination (AmityJEE). Amity JEE is a Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted by Pearson VUE (for Amity) and will be held in various cities across India and abroad.

Important Instructions
** Admission will be made purely on merit, however, the candidate also needs to fulfill the minimum eligibility required for the program applied.
** In calculation of aggregate percentage, Physical Education, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Vocational, Non Written subjects will not be considered.
** Candidates having compartment will not be offered admission.
** No Show Fees: Students Who take dates and do not show up, will be charged Rs.750/- for getting another date.
Pattern of AmityJEE Test
** The test contains four sections with objective type Multiple Choice Questions. All sections are compulsory
Section 1 : General English (15 questions)
Section 2 : Physics (25 questions)
Section 3 : Chemistry (25 questions)
Section 4 : Mathematics/ Biology (25 questions)
** Note : In Section 4 students will have to attempt either Mathematics/ Biology as per the eligibility of the program applied.
** Total no. of questions in one set are 90 with maximum time limit 120 minutes.
** Four marks would be awarded for each correct entry and one mark will be deducted for every Incorrect entry.
** No marks would be awarded if more than one choice has been selected for any question.
** Approximately 1.25 minute per question on an average is required for solution of each question.

1. When does the admission start in Amity University for PG and UG program and how does one apply?
The admission process for PG and UG programs commences from January and March respectively. Application form is available on payment of Rs.1,100. To apply one may:

2. What documents are required along with the Application form and within how many days a form gets processed?
Only a copy or scanned copy of class 10th mark-sheet and a recent color passport size photograph is required to be submitted/uploaded along with the Application Form. Confirmation about receipt of your form is to be checked on Admission Microsite. It normally takes 3-5 working days to process the form.
3. What is Admission Microsite and how is the Registration/Interview/Selection status communicated to the candidates?
Admission microsite is an online portal at amity.edu. An applicant can check his Registration/ Interview/ Selection status by logging into his/ her Admission Microsite with the application form number and the password at regular intervals for all admission related information. No separate communication is send in this regard.
4. What is the difference between sponsored and non-sponsored category and is category change possible before/after the selection?
Non Sponsored is a high merit category. Sponsored category applies to relatively lower merit category with high fees. Request for change in category will be entertained only prior to appearing for Test/Interview. There is a possibility that the Admission Committee recommends your admission after the selection process in a category for which you had not applied in the Application Form. In such cases, you may exercise the option to accept or to deny the offer.
5. What is the significance of option 1 & option 2 in the Application Form and can I change my program from Option 1 to Option 2 after registration of Application Form?
Students may apply for two programs under Option 1 & Option 2, e.g. MBA (M&S) and MBA (HR) respectively. Subject to meeting the eligibility criteria, you will be called for Selection process for Option 1. If you are called for Selection process for Option 2, it implies that you are not meeting the eligibility criteria of Option 1. Change is possible before selecting the Selection process date by sending mail request at admissions AT amity.edu
6. Can a student apply for UG/PG program in absence of 10+2/Graduation final year result?
Yes, a student may apply provisionally for any course but needs to produce all the original mark sheets/ degrees at the time of Registration. However, for a PG Program aspirant, 30th October is the last date for submission of original marksheet.
