Declaration of Result :
1. The Competent Authority will conduct the examination, evaluate the answer sheets and declare the result. The result will be declared on websites of DTE i.e. dtemaharshtra.gov.in as per schedule.

2. The provisional result ofMT-CET2015will be declared on website of DTE.

3. The score card will be dispatched to the correspondence address of the candidate mentioned in the application form by ordinary post.

4. In case of loss of original MT-CET 2015 Score Card, a duplicate Score Card can be obtained with a application addressed to the Competent Authority along with a demand draft/pay order drawn on any Nationalized, scheduled, commercial bank of Rs 200/- (Rupees One Hundred Only), in favour of‘Director, Technical Education, Mumbai’payable at Mumbai.

Role of Competent Authority in process of Admission to First year of Pharmacy

a) Director of Technical Education, Maharashtra State, shall be the competent authority in present case forconductingMT-CET2015&Centralized Admission Process and direct the students as per their allotment through CAP to all colleges.

b) Competent Authority shall be the sole authority to effect admission through CAP for Govt., Govt. Aided, University Department, University Managed colleges and Unaided Pharmacy colleges.

c) Competent Authority shall also deal with the representations received from the candidates pertaining to allotment and admissions in Govt., Govt. Aided, University Managed colleges, University Departments and Unaided colleges which acts as Grievance Redressal Authority.

d) To approve the list of the students admitted to First year, by all Unaided Pharmacy colleges submitted through the office of the Joint Director, Tech. Education of respective regional offices in the State of Maharashtra.

e) All the decisions taken in relation to Admission to First Year of Pharmacy course, by the Competent Authority shall be final and binding on all concerned.

The admission procedure for these seats is as under:
The candidate shall report to the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State, for scrutiny of original certificates and for collecting the admission letter as per schedule. GOI Nominee candidates hall not report directly to the Institute without collecting admission letter from Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra state, Mumbai-400 001. The Principal of the institute should not admit such candidate and ask the candidate to approach above mentioned office.

These admissions are subject to the following conditions:
1. Candidates nominated by the concerned States shall be admitted only if they fulfill the condition of eligibility. The candidates so admitted will have to obtain eligibility certificate from the University in which admission is secured.

2. GoI nominees belonging to backward class category does not get any exemption in tuition fees.

3. Candidates admitted under this provision are not allowed to change course or college in subsequent years.
