MD/MS Ayurveda :
Online Applications are invited from permanent residents of J&K State who are eligible and desirous of appearing in the Entrance Test for admission to MD/MS Ayurveda Courses for the Academic Session 2016-17 in the Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research, Jammu.

The selection of candidates will be governed by the rules and guidelines as contained in the MD/MS Ayurveda Electronic Information Brochure-2016 available on the official website of the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations.
Availability of Online Application forms :
The Applications can be submitted online only through BOPEE’s official website jakbopee.org or jakbopee.net from 28th July to 14th August, 2016.
The fee for online submission is Rs. 1600/= (Rupees one thousand six hundred only) which can be submitted in the form of auto generated Customised HDFC Bank Challan which can be downloaded after the submission of online Form along with the Confirmation Page.
The applicants are advised to fill the Online Application Forms on their own or through a responsible person in their presence. Applicants who don’t have internet facility may avail this facility at the Help Desk of I.T. Section of BOPEE with prior telephonic appointment on all (working) days.
They are also advised to get along with them all the required documents in original and one set of attested photo copies of the same so that they can submit Online Application Form complete in all respects on the same day at the respective offices.
Receipt of Online Application Forms :
The Confirmation Page for Online Application Forms along with prescribed photographs, required attested copies of documents/ certificates and HDFC Bank Challan shall have to be submitted at Jammu or Srinagar office of the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations on all (working) days from 28th July to 16th August, 2016.
Eligibility conditions for appearing in the Entrance Test :
The candidates must:
I. be a permanent resident of J&K State;
II. possess BAMS degree from the University of Jammu/ University of Kashmir or an equivalent degree recognized by the University of Jammu/ University of Kashmir and the CCIM;
III. have obtained at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination;
IV. be registered with CCIM and SMC (State Medical Council); and
V. have completed satisfactorily one year’s pre-registration Compulsory Rotatory Internship in a duly recognized Institution as laid down by the University of Jammu/ University of Kashmir for registration as a Medical Graduate.
Documents to be enclosed with Confirmation Page (Attested Photostat Copies)
I. Date of Birth (Matriculation Certificate/Secondary School Certificate) from the Board of School Education.
II. “Permanent Resident Certificate of the State” / PRC.
III. Qualifying Degree (BAMS) Certificate
IV. Marks Sheet of
a. Higher Secondary Examination.
b. All BAMS Examinations
V. Documentary Proof of having completed one year pre-registration Compulsory Rotatory Internship in duly recognized institution at the time of submission of Online Application Forms or declaration of result of the Entrance Test.
VI. Registration Certificate from State Medical Council/CCIM
