BA/B.Sc/B.Com Admission :
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for a few seats which are vacant for 1st Year B.A./B.Sc./B.Com admission (2016-17) for the following subjects. Interested candidates are requested to apply on-line and pay the admission fee from 11th July, 2016 to 16th July, 2016.

The eligibility of Marketing (Hons.)is revised as stated below. The eligibility of others subjects remains same as mentioned in the previous notice no. ajcbc/admug/1/16. Apply online by visiting the college website.
1. Bengali (Hons): 50% in Bengali and 50% in Aggregate
2. Marketing (Hons):50% in aggregate and 50% in Accountancy/B.O./B.S. /Mathematics (for Pure Sc.)
3. B.Sc Pure (General): 30% in at least 4 subjects and pass marks in Mathematics
4. B.Sc.(Bio) (General): 30% in at least 4 subjects and pass marks in Biology
5. B.A.(General): 30% in at least 4 subjects
6. Mathematics (Hons.): 50% in Aggregate & 50% in Mathematics OR 65% in Mathematics
The candidates can take direct admission immediately after filling-up the form as long as the seats remain vacant. They need to pay the application fee(Rs 200/-) and fill-up the application form after 24 hrs. of payment of application fee.
Immediately after filling-up the application form they can pay their admission fee in any SBI branch. The last date of payment of admission fee is 16th July, 2016.
They must appear for verification on 18th and 19th July, 2016 between 10.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. (for B.Com.) and 11.30a.m. to 2.30 p.m. (for B.A./B.Sc.). Regarding payment and verification procedure please refer to the previous notices.
Procedure For Application :
Step 1 :
Click the Print Challan.Put your name exactly as it appears in Class 10+2 Marksheet and submit it. Take a Print of the Challan and deposit the filled in Challan with requisite Fee at any Branch of S.B.I. After depositing Fees at SBI take the receipt of the Challan.
The Bank will give a Journal No. in the Challan. Or one can pay the Application fee online using ‘Pay Application Fee Online’ (Extra Charges apply). In that case you will get a SBCollect Reference No. The Journal No. or SBICollect Reference No. will be activated after 24 hrs. of Application Fee submission.
Step 2 :
Click New Application Form. On clicking it a new page will appear. Put the Journal No./SBCollect Reference No. and Date of Payment of Application Fee.Select the Stream. On Clicking the SUBMIT Button an Application Form will Appear with your name printed on it.
Fill In the Form properly and click the SUBMIT button. On Submitting the Form a new page will appear with Form No. and an option to PRINT FORM. You can take a print of the Form OR you can also take the Print of the Form later. Note the Form No.
Step 3 :
Do NOT Submit the filled-in Form to the College.. If selected, then you have to Submit the Printed Form along with the necessary Documents during the verification/counseling.
