CHECK LIST for the candidates who appear for the counselling :
** Print of application submitted duly signed by the candidate and the parent (if not submitted).
** Data Sheet (if available).
** CASH/DD for Rs. 197000/-(ONE LAKH AND NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND ONLY)
** Original and self-attested copy of 10th standard pass certificate.
** 10th standard marklist in original and a self-attested copy.
** 12th standard pass certificate in original (if available)
** 12th standard marklist in original and a self-attested copy.
** Admit card of KEAM 2016.
** KEAM 2016 score card (taken from the website)
** Transfer certificate from the institution last attended.
** Character and Conduct certificate from the institution last attended.
** Physical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner (as per annexure XVII (b) of KEAM Prospectus 2016).
** Equivalence/recognition certificate of the qualifying examination (Not applicable to Kerala HSE, CBSE, ICSE).
** Original certificate to prove reservation claims, if any.
** Original certificate from the parish priest to consider in the Christian/ Latin Christian Community merit.
** Three passport size photographs.
** Application for Hostel admission, if required.
Further details regarding the admission:
a. It will take about 4 hour time to finish the admission process. Parents and candidates are requested to wait with patience to complete the procedure.
b. Only the candidate and the parents/guardian will be allowed to enter the counters during the allotment process.
c. Admission will be confirmed only after submitting all the certificates in original and the fees in DD/cash.
d. DD should be taken in favour of Albertian Institute of Science and Technology payable at Ernakulam.
e. Candidates will have the freedom to choose a branch according to their interest at the time of allotment depending on the vacancies.
f. Candidates who have not reported at the registration desk at the reporting time as per the allotment schedule shall not be considered for allotment.
g. Reporting at the registration desk DOES NOT ensure admission to any branch. All the seats will be filled according to the order of merit and as per the existing vacancies at that time.
h. If the candidate wishes to submit his/her higher option, a request for the same is to be submitted at the allotment desk .
i. Candidates can register their options at allotment desk and leave if there are no vacancies in his/her branch of preference.
j. A waiting list will be prepared for each branch from the registered list of candidates. If vacancies arise in future, it will be filled from this waiting list. Candidates in the waiting list will be informed only by email/phone. If an applicant is not responding/not available within 24 hours time then his/her claim will be cancelled.
k. If a candidate wishes to have hostel accommodation, he/she has to fill in the application form and submit the application duly filled at the counter.
l. Allotment will come to an end when all the seats are filled. However, candidates can register their options even if they do not get allotment.
m. As per G.O(MS). No. 252/2014/H.Edn, dated 07/06/2014 clause (14), if a candidate wishes to cancel his/her admission, then full fee (except admission fee) will be refunded only if he/she cancels admission on or before 25th July 2016.
n. Candidates have to ensure that they have enough copies of their certificates for their personal use as the certificates once submitted can’t be taken back immediately.
There are three categories of seats and a seat can be secured in any one of the following categories. The categories are:
a. Seats under centralized allotment by the CEE (Commissioner for Entrance Examinations)
b. Seats under Management Quota
c. Seats under NRI Quota
