ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION : B.F.Sc./ B.E. (Fisheries Engineering) DEGREE
** Candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu State alone are eligible to apply.
** A pass in the Higher Secondary Course in (10+2) State Board / CBSE / any other Examination recognized as equivalent thereto
AGE LIMIT :
Candidates applying for the course should not have completed the age mentioned below as 01-07-2016
** SC/SCA/ST Candidates : No age limit
** Other candidates : 21 Years
INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES TO FILL IN THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM :
** Candidates are requested to read the Prospectus carefully before filling up the online application form.
** The information provided in the application should be correct and complete.
** Last date of submission of application through online is 20.06.2016 (5 PM).
** Application fee has to be paid only through online using Credit Card /Debit Card /Net banking.
** After the successful payment of the application fee, you will get application download link (PDF) and you can take print out of the filled-in Application. Don’t send filled-in application by post ( Except Sports Category ).
** On successful submission, you will receive your Login ID and Application Number through SMS & e-mail.
** After the successful payment, in case, the application (PDF) is not generated, the candidate should wait for 48 hours and also may inform our office through Phone or e-mail.
** If any transaction fails, the amount will be refunded to the respective account of the payee within 2-3 days by the Payment Gateway.
** Candidates applying under sports quota should send attested copies of sports certificates and filled in Appendix II-A (given in Prospectus) along with filled in printed application by post to The Chairman, UG Admission Committee, Tamil Nadu Fisheries University, First Line Beach Road, Nagapattinam – 611 001 so as to reach on or before 20.06.2016 (5 PM).
** No seat is available under ST Communal reservation for B.E (Fisheries Engineering).
** No seat is available under Special Category (except Differently abled) for candidate applying in B.E (Fisheries Engineering).
** No addition, deletion or alteration of any particulars relating to the application is permitted by the candidates after the submission of the application through online. If any change to be made, you may inform our office through Phone (04365) 240558 or e-mail (ugadmission@tnfu.org.in).
** In case of revaluation / re-totalling in respect of qualifying examination, the scanned copy of revaluation / re-totalling mark certificate should be sent through e-mail (ugadmission@tnfu.org.in) immediately.
** All enquiries regarding admission process should be made only through email at ugadmission[at]tnfu.org.in. No correspondence will be entertained in any other form.
