The University had extended the last date for submission of online applications for AILET-2015 up to 11.04.2015. Therefore, the Admit Cards of candidates for AILET- 2015 will be uploaded on the website by 18.04.2015 (Afternoon) for downloading by the candidates.
Notice :
The Admit Cards for All India Law Entrance Test-2015 (AILET-2015) for Admission to B.A., LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M. and Ph.D. have been released for print online.
All candidates are required to carry a clear copy of the Admit Card available to print from this website only.
The candidates belonging to Persons with Disabilities category should bring copy of Disability Certificate issued by the competent authority, at the Examination Centre for availing the facility of scribe/extra time.
In case, the face of the candidate is not clearly visible on their Admit Card, the University reserves the right to decline the candidate from taking the test.

Examination Rules :
CONSTITUTION OF COMMITTEES AND THEIR FUNCTIONS :
The Vice-Chancellor shall constitute the following committees for each Academic Year preferably by the end of previous academic year latest by first week of August:
a) Examination Committee: Examination Committee shall conduct, implement and recommend on matters pertaining to examinations.
b) Moderation Committee: Moderation Committee shall moderate question papers and results.
c) Unfair Means Committee: Unfair Means Committee shall inquire into the unfair means cases and submit report to the Examination Committee that will consider the recommendations of Unfair Means Committee and impose commensurate punishment in appropriate cases.
d) Review Committee: No revaluation of any answer script and projects already evaluated will be done. However, in the circumstances where a situation for review of an answer script arises, it may be carried out by the Review Committee in such cases and the decision of the Review Committee shall be final.
SCHEME OF EVALUATION :
The Examination is entirely internal. The teacher who offers the course shall frame the question paper. If more than one teacher offers a course, the setting of question paper and evaluation will be done jointly. The evaluation of student is on a continuous basis and following shall be the Scheme of Evaluation for each course:
a) Class attendance shall carry a maximum of 5 marks.
b) First- Term Test is to be conducted after one month of teaching. The test will be of 10 marks.
c) Mid-Semester Examination is to be conducted after two months of teaching and the test will be of 10 marks.
d) Project and project presentation shall carry 25 marks. e) End-Semester Examination shall be held for 50 marks.
ATTENDANCE :
Every student has to secure a minimum of 75% attendance in each course. However, where a student falls short of 75% attendance but secures more than 70% in a particular course, he/she will be allowed to take the exam in the course provided, he/she has secured more than 75% average attendance in all other courses excluding the course(s) in which he secured less than 70% attendance. There shall be no marks for attendance in such cases.
Provided further that a student who has been granted Medical Leave shall be allowed to appear in the End-Semester Examination only if he/she has put in minimum of 70% attendance in each course.
The following is the criteria for granting 5 marks for Attendance:

QUESTION PAPERS :
The question papers generally shall be without choice, unless provision for choice is made that shall not exceed 25% of the marks in the relevant paper in any case.
The duration of End-Semester Examination shall be of 2y2 hours. The question papers of law courses should preferably test application through problem-based questions.

a) Examination Fees Rs.3000/-
b) Repeat Examination Rs.l 000/- per subject
c) Late fee for Repeat Examination Rs.250/-
d) Review of Answer Script Rs.2000/- per subject
e) Duplicate Hall Tickets Rs.50/-
