Eligibility for Admission :
As per pre-requisite for admission to BDS degree course, Candidates must have appeared in SBVDUDCET-2016.
However, mere appearance in SBVDUDCET-2016 will not automatically qualify a candidate for admission to BDS degree course. For admission to BDS degree course, the candidate should fulfil the necessary admission requirements prescribed by SRI BALAJI VIDYAPEETH-a Deemed University.
Minimum Academic Qualification :
Candidate for admission to the first year BDS Degree course should have passed the HSc (Academic) examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examination of Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks (40% marks for SC/ST/OBC) in the following subjects. Candidate must also have taken English as one of the subjects.
Biology (Botany & Zoology)/Physics/Chemistry.
Student also should secure 50% marks and above(40% marks and above for SC/ST/OBC) in the Common Entrance Test to be eligible for seeking admission.
Age Limit :
Candidate should be 17 years of age as on 31st December 2016. However, no upper age limit has been prescribed.
Instructions and Guidelines to Fill the application Form :
Candidate desirous of appearing for the Common Entrance Test (SBVDUDCET-2016) conducted by SRIBALAJ VIDYAPEETH- a Deemed University should fill their application in the prescribed format and send directly by post.
Candidates either have to use the application form given along with the Information brochure by the college or downloaded application form from website sbvu.ac.in/ balajitrust.org Candidates who use the downloaded application form have to pay Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) as a Demand Draft separately towards the cost of the application along with the completed application form.

The completed application form should reach the office before 5.00 p.m on 18.06.2016. SBV will not be responsible for postal or any other delay. Incomplete / Wrongly filled application will be summarily rejected. The application received after the due date and time will also be summarily rejected and no further correspondence in the matter will be entertained.
